Just opened joint accounts for wifey and myself. Right from the minute of walking in to the branch for the first time with no prior appointment the staff were all extremely helpful and courteous, as is the case in all of my dealings in Singapore so far. The whole process only took about half an hour. Highly efficient and puts the customer service in the UK to shame, which is admittedly not difficult.

The worst bank I've ever visited in the world. Went to change a cheque and I had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes in the bank. The staffs are not trained properly at all. The staff who has attended to me is terrible. Ms Raziah Abd Razak, she is not supposed to be there. I will never ever visit any HSBC again in my life.

Come to open account. Was told only 1 manager available and now attending to someone. Ask to go other branch. Or wait for 2 hrs. Came all the way here as told but end up was being pushed away. Can tell some more some of them busy, go meeting.
