The ice cream was absolutely delicious. The ambiance is also fantastic. Service can be a bit slow during peak times. It's on the pricier side but it is definitely worth it

I visited the outlet on a Friday night. I would like to compliment a staff, Noor Hafizan (?) Who served me. I couldn’t decide between 2 flavors for a single scoop and he was patient despite the busy crowd. He went the extra mile by scooping a small portion of rum&raisin onto my macadamia nut ice cream. Rarely come across such good service 👍

I've been visiting this outlet as a teenager. Now as a father in his 30's, its still the same comfortable and homely place I've grown to love all these years!

4 stars for the yummy limited edition mochi ice creams. 2 stars for the rude service.
Long story short:
- We were there to dine-in
- Decided we wanted a simple 3 scoops of ice cream (as opposed to the fancy stuff on the menus)
- Went to the counter to see what ice creams were available
- Tried to place our order at the counter (so that we may point out the ice creams we wanted)
- Were told brusquely by the lady at the counter repeatedly (without any inkling of politeness or a smile) that we were to order at our table (and not at the counter)
- Staff in question ordered another staff to go serve us at our table
Don't quite understand the logic of ordering ice cream from our table as opposed to choosing the flavours right at the counter, but even if that were the standard procedure, the manner that the staff were coming across could be less unwelcoming.

Went to Haagen dazs on the night of Christmas Eve. The place was packed with people and waitress/waiter was running throughout the place. Our order took roughly 30mins to arrive as there were backlogs of orders.
From the time we came in, no utensil were provided even after the ice cream was served. Had to manually head over to the front counter to request for it.
Requested for water during ordering but did not arrive until I requested it for second time.
The ice cream was really good and I like it a lot. The chocolate was amazing.

Ice cream was good. Haven't been to a haagen daaz cafe for a long long time. They have rather interesting cocktails and latte. Tried their seasonal bingsu menu. Ordered mango bingsu. Was not informed they use gula melaka syrup. I don't like. The mango tasted weird. It was frozen thawed. Service was so so. Hygience-wise, it was bad. The spoons were dirty. The tables were dirty too.. don't think I'll be back.. at least not this branch.

It's Haagen-Dazs. What you have come to expect from any other shop is to be go I d here; fast service, nice location and great place to relax in a balmy Singapore afternoon.
Easy access to the public parking lot and easy to find.

Ice cream cafe that's been here for ages. If you dig Haagen Dazs, or if you need to impress your date, then this place is for you. Spend on premium delicious ice cream to sweeten your date!

Nice place for late night desserts... The vegetarians options are only sorbets.... But an ice cream is always nice

I have been coming here for years now and it is a really nice dessert place for families. The ambience is good and the ice cream selection is quite varied. Service staff is attentive. There is invariably a family celebrating a birthday. I had Black Tie - a concoction of whiskey and Belgian chocolate ice cream and it was absolutely heavenly.

Great selection of desserts! The menu sundae combinations are awesome, but you are able to customize them as you wish. Definitely trying the melting chocolate sphere next time, the table next to us had it and it looks delicious.

Bought a cup of coffee ice cream and banana fudge brownie...both had a long hair inside the ucecream!!!! Tried calling them several times just now and no one bothers to even answer the phone!!!!

For a constant 30°c weather these days, we all tend to crave for ice cream. The branch in Holland village has a mixture of a laidback and upbeat ambience and suitable for both spending with family or friends. Best icecream in town and a lot of variations to choose from. The location itself is perfect being parallel to the night life at lorong mambong.

Could have been 5 stars for perfect dating place if they have slightly cooler aircon and the place is not overrun with families. Eating here feels like coming to a brightly-lit foodcourt with filled with parents and kids (at 10-11pm mind you).

I really appreciate the atmostphere that they are trying to drive, but I still feel that haagen-daz is best enjoyed in the comforts of my home sofa in front of a movie. Members have 30% off on Tuesdays for dining in.
