Have been sending my car here for servicing. service is great, they will not force sell. price quite reasonable too, so far my driving has been smooth and hassle free with them.
any issue found after the servicing, they will still check and resolve it without additional charges.

Friendly staff, fixed my dents and scratches. They even fixed other damages that I didn't even notice at first. They made my 2+ year old car looking just like new. Great customer service, look for davidson.

Service was good but parts was overpriced. seems like a variables. Beware of the quote provided,you need to times 4 (x4 wheels)!

$20 for wheel balancing and rotation ... ridiculous price ! plus afterward , even after i do alignment can steer to one side and now they tell me to replace NEW tires .

Expensive but great location and opens on Sunday. Had a flat and couldn't undo the bolt, since it's about time to change tires anyway I looked for nearest shop which is open on Sunday and this one came up.
Service was good and prompt but they only offer 1 time rotation with purchase of 4 tires. There's an additional $50 membership fees if you want unlimited rotation, tire patching & nitrogen refill which comes with a cashcard

Brought my brand new car there and pointed out to them where the jacking points are. The staff said yah I know I know and and ended up placing the bloody rubber blocks away from all 4 jacking points. After my car got hoisted up with the 4 rubber blocks in the wrong places I found 4 bent areas around the areas where the rubber blocks were when I went home to inspect it. Very angry now that I have to live with damage that could have been easily avoided

1. Service package too expensive, over $220+
2. labor charge much higher than external, $90 if you bring your own engine oil and filter
3. staff handles cars too rough, go through the easy way
4. misleading quotation.
Not recommended.

$20 for wheel balancing and rotation?!? And they didn't even bother to balance all 4 wheels. Furthermore, nuts are tightened in a counter clockwise manner, isn't it common knowledge to tighten in a cross pattern? Alignment wasn't done properly as well, I didn't even see the mechanic doing any adjustments, my car still steers left.

Previously was giving a 2 stars rating. Now giving 3 stars cos of the very amicable after services provided. The mechanic was responsive to all the problems and done a good jobs in solving it. Colin (in charge) keeps apologising for all the issues they created in the 1st place.

This automotive workshop is conveniently located and very close to town - less than 10 minutes drive to Bugis. Its location is also in a rich food enclave - comes in handy when your vehicle is being serviced and you have an hour to spare.
The technical service is of highest quality and all the staff are experienced and well-trained. The technical staff are very knowledgeable and helpful whenever you have questions about your vehicle.
Pricing-wise is average but you can definitely trust you cars with H Tyre!
Next time you are there, look out for Ryan Teng and tell him Andrew Tan referred you!
