Disorganised. Lost our reservation. Eventually gave us a table and told us we had an hour to finish our mother's day celebration. Our grilled fish showed up at the one hour mark. Go figure. Food actually isn't too bad. But don't go if it's an important occasion.

Extremely good experience , Place itself is nice and quiet. Inside staff are extremely friendly and the quality of food is exceptional. The prices are also very reasonable for the type and quality of the food. Overall , highly reccomended place

Top marks for food - quality of ingredients, presentation and portions were spot on. Price very reasonable.
Ambiance fair, cold under the air conditioning.
Service friendly and prompt but waiting ti.e for food can be improved.

Nestled in a quiet part of Bukit Timah neighbourhood.
Not too crowded on a Tuesday afternoon. The menu and wine list is quite extensive. Ordered a wild caught Australian trout and Boston Lobster Roll.
Service was pretty efficient and food was good.
Price wise is on the mid-high side but guess the quality of the food made up for it.

Was there to celebrate my daughter's Amanda birthday. We ordered seafood platter. Very nice portion for two ladies. Then to give my daughter a surprise, Sanju and Madhu coordinated with me to bring out the chocolate larva cake at the end. Amanda was wondering why the bill took so long and then came the cake and birthday song. Thanks for making her celebration a memorable one. Staff were nice. No hard sell and even suggested appropriate portions. Thank you

Uneven service and food. I was surprised by the number of staff running around, but none seemed interested in my how I was enjoying my dinner or whether I needed another beer, etc. Grilled octopus was delicious, but crab cake didn't taste remotely of crab.

The dishes we ordered were delicious however service is a little slow..
Tips: Take the inside seats as there are mosquitoes outside and they don't provide insect spray so outside seatings are not recommended.

Excellent ambience but gets crowded at 7.30pm. Fish quality was fresh and succulent. Definitely a fish lovers paradise :)

After queueing half an hour at their Grillfeast's stall, only to realize the manger tried to jack up the remaining few oysters to $8 (which is double of the original price of $4 each). We questioned why the price got so pricy, only to receive a reply, "That's too bad." Since the queue behind us was still very long and there's barely much food left, we suggested that the had the decency to update their menu crossing off the sold off items, dont think they bothered. Unethical. Horrible service, would never visit their actual restaurant after this experience.

Char grilled swordfish with truffle fries, White truffle linguine.
Food is great, service can be better.
Service crew could better understand from the customers' perspective, instead of showing resentment when queried. I asked for some fish recommendations which are ocean-caught instead of farm-bred, just a personal preference. What came next was a look of disdain, as if I'm supposed to understand if all their fish are ocean caught and imported; or are they not?
The strong accent of the servers make them quite hard to be understood. Communication with them can be really tough too :(

Yes burgers are amazing at this seafood place that's why they're in the top burgers list on Burpple. The patty is thick and juicy and the bread is nice too.
Fish is very fresh with many options to choose from.

Many kinds of fish, done to way you like it. Portions are generous. Truffle fries are a must try!

One of the only places where you can still find great and fresh fish. It is really convenient with kids as they can run around all the quay area in Sentosa

Alarmingly bad service with staff who couldn't communicate properly and who stuffed up our orders despite reiterating to them THREE TIMES that we would like our mains to come whenever they were ready.
Our scallop pasta ended up being served to me luke warm, and I suspect it was left at the counter for a good 15+ minutes because after reminding them thrice to check on my order, the manager then countered defensively that it wasn't their fault that the food was ready but we were slow in eating our appetizers. (Not a good excuse since we reminded them time and again to serve us our mains when ready)
Mussels were good according to my friend, pasta scallop was so so. But the service by the main waiter (possibly the manager as he was the only one who was able to converse properly in english) was the worst I've experience in Singapore.

We had some tasty oysters and sashimi at the restaurant portion of this two-shop seafood emporium of sorts. The other part is a market, and while it does have some seating, they directed us to the restaurant part at 13:30 for lunch.
They had a good selection of $4-4.50 oysters that were fresh, massive in size, and fairly well shucked. Tabasco on the table, lemons with the oysters. When asked for mignonette they provided a raspberry variation that was actually quite tasty.
Not a bad option, especially for oysters, in a nice quiet part of town.

They serve good fish if you are lucky. If you really have to make an order, DO NOT order their seafood rice. The seafood rice had a mixture of seafood with Japanese rice and it had a stinky seafood smell. The manager took it to the back, tasted it and says that it's normal for seafood to have that smell and they will still charge us for it. Bad experience. One of the waiter who was slightly plump has an attitude face when he serves you. I'll rate 3 stars for their fishes. But service is unacceptable for that price.

Wow, I had one of the most unpleasant and unbelievable service of the year!
I've called in to make a reservation earlier to go to Greenwood Fish Market & Bistro today for their oyster festival starting today. However, as we were running late, a guy frm the said restaurant gave us a call to confirm with us if we were coming.
I was trying to explain that we're on the way from the East and given that they're near the Botanic Gardens, we will need some time to reach there so would like to see if they can hold it for us. However, before I could finish my words, the guy staff (with a local Indian accent) keep interrupting me and ask me to give them a time. This happened for a good 2-3 times.
Frustrated, I told him to stop interrupting me and let me finish. The staff then was being very defensive and told me to "F**k Off la!" before abruptly hanging up the phone.
I was left stunned.
I called in again to clarify what he said. The staff was being again very defensive and abruptly hang up my phone again.
Wow.
Is this the kind of customer service of the year in Singapore that everybody is talking about?
How would you respond if it was you?

Classy environment, Dim lighting. Price of food is on the high side. Quality of food is good. Friendly waiter, acceptable waiting time in between dishes. Is a good to go places for family and friends chill out place.

A very bad experience and I will avoid this restaurant in the future. The service was very slow with many mistakes; the food was bad; the price is high - definitely very overpriced for that quality. Service: the waiters couldn't communicate properly to take orders and even brought a wrong dish; waiters didn't serve two appetizers and instead threw a main course to one of us while all other people didn't get the food at all; it took more than one hour to get the main courses we ordered; the waiter put a dish we didn't order in our bill. The food: I specifically ask "medium" for my lamb but it was well done; the lamb didn't even taste high quality; a dish including two pieces of lamb chops, two pieces of asparagus, 2 slices of zucchini, and some mashed potato cost SGD45.

Not a great experience at all. Service wasn't great at all and the food was average - poor. Don't eat the tartar sauce as it sits outside in the heat. No wine by the glass excpett "house" which is average to say the least. Entre and mains arrived at the same time.
The list could go on...... Stay away is my recommendation

We were really excited that this restaurant was opening in Sentosa as we used to eat there and buy our fish when we lived at near to their Greenwood Avenue restaurant over 8 years ago. What a terrible experience we had on Friday night. The sprite served to my daughter was flat, the wine warm and the food very, very ordinary. They had run out of scallops, most of the oysters and all of their deserts. The Green lipped New Zealand mussels which came out were luke warm but tasted fine. We didn't complain as my husband and younger daughter don't like to make a fuss but we decided we weren't going to rush back and eat there again. Later that night about 2 hours after leaving the restaurant my daughter was sick and an hour later I had diarrhea and was up most of the night feeling very uncomfortable. The next day we skipped breakfast and just ate crackers and drank water so we both felt alright by the evening. We were down at the Quayside eating at the French restaurant (Bistro French Quays) which was excellent so I thought I would tell them about my experience . The lady who I think is the wife of the owner told me that I should have gone to the doctors to get a note to prove it was the mussels that had made me ill. No apology. The owner then came over and said he knew what I was trying to do I was ganging up on them. I was honestly really upset but fortunately a couple at a table had overheard our exchange and told me that they had also just had a really disappointing experience and that they couldn't believe how the owner had just spoken to me. That made me feel better. Needless to say we won't be back again. There are too many other good restaurants on Sentosa this is not one of them.
