Clinic assistant is unfriendly and no patience to elderly. Skipped patient who was away for awhile and asked him to retake the queue number to the very last. Even if it is the clinic policy, staff still lacking in empathy. Furthermore it is for health screening. Why's all the govt drive for elderly to go for health screening when these people behind counter make elderly feel so unwelcomed?

The clinic opened at 2 pm, they started taking tokens from 1.45 pm onwards, it's now 2.40 pm the doctor is still not here. Pathetic n the personnel at the counter is of no help at all, can even be called rude!! Small kids are here, so irresponsible!!

Terrible and Expensive. Was charged $40 for just 2 types of medicine and issue was just diarrhoea. Queue is very long.
