Booked the bus 3 months in advance and stated our drop off point exactly and everything was agreed. On the day of departure told us the drop off point has to be changed. How are we to make changes on the actual day after all the travel arrangements are made? Who will bear the extra costs? Totally irresponsible bus service

The bus from Penang to Singapore was late by 45 minutes. The coach waited at the tuas checkpoint for 45 minutes to pick up some new passengers. We complained but the driver didn't bother with us. I won't not recommend Grassland and also won't use their service in future.

The bus is good but THE DRIVER WAS WATCHING PORN IN HIS CELLPHONE WHILE DRIVING. Terrible!!!!!!!

Im Use This Bus This Bus Is clean and Comfortable.
But we at ipoh border need to change the bus

I never face this kind of bad service(customer service) in Singapore. i booked this ticket & select seat number from Online system, one day before departure staff called up and mentioned the departure time change to 15mins earlier but that isn't an issue for me. During check in at counter, staff seems like unhappy & unwilling to help us to print out ticket for seat number and we have been changed from single seat to couple seat. The staff mentioned that's no one will sit beside me! His attitude like Ah Beng Ah Sheng! But in the end, the seat still taken up by someone, so we pick the seat number in the system actually is for what?

What the stupid bus service ...PHM 2232... yesterday 830pm bus depart from Sg until 1.11pm still cnt reach Penang sg nibong bus station due to drop off passengers one by one ....what the stupid service...it should mentioned earlier before booking... stupid!!

Very very bad service..i took this bus from singapore to penang..but after perak they stop bus and change to other bus..saying this bus won go to penang..cheat me..the bus driver very rude..shout to me..no more to penang by grassland..sory

Disappointing! Very very bad service. offer no help to stack or retrieve luggage from compartment. staff even ask to buy him a drink before he offer any help!!! scratch my tee shirt in the process helping the others to pull luggage
call office at Beach Road to give feedback, spoke to Kaizer manager was told they are not obligated to assist with luggage pull. What poor excuse! will not use the co. again
