Don't have nice restaurant or cafeteria corners around here. Neighborhood are like strangers even if seen them every single day. "Bad" Management play tricks on us n etc.

Nice view of Tebrau bay as well as swimming pool. The unit is wel built with good sound isolation which effectively reduces the highway noise to bearable level. Doors and windows use high quality material.
The swimming pool is particularly spectacular just like a resort

Have a stay at this luxury condo when my trip to JB. The stay make us feel like a home very clean and nice view. The condo is very well maintain, safety and management done a very good job. There are cafe, swimming pool, gym, pool table and self laundry on the deck...Definetly a good accomodation for family and group of friends
