Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful from arrival with handling our luggage and quick check in. They had a neat way of unlocking the room and controlling the room amenities with an app. Very easy to use. Room was very clean and we'll designed. Bed was comfy and had no issues with noises at night. Breakfast was included and there were plenty of options. Location is great and walking distance from a lot of the main sites close and around downtown. Very pleased with our stay here.

Good hotel, with a great strategic position.
Good and abundant breakfast.
Metro stop just 100 meters. (City Hall).
It is currently under renovation, so the pool is not accessible and there is a bit of noise.
For the rest, everything is OK.

Modern hotel and room is newly decorated. Many perks were given like free 2pcs laundry per day and free mini bar beverage. Pleasant stay!!!

It's a nice hotel . At the Centre of the city.. easy to go around. Nice services. I don't like the menu for the break fast a lot.. should have more options

I have enjoyed everything about my stay here. The staff here is wonderful, the breakfast is good, housekeeping is great, and the rooms are very modern-- a delight to the eye. The rooms also sport cool features like controlling lights, AC, and unlocking your door with their app. Admittedly the rooms are no larger than necessary, but that wasn't very important to me.
Worth noting that there is construction right now and the whole hotel isn't accessible, and I still feel this way. The only thing the hotel has lacked for me is a laundry room where I can wash my clothes (there is a laundry service, but I don't have that kind of money).

Comfortable 2 week stay Every hotel has a few niggles and the Grand Park is no exception. Fortunately, these do not significantly detract from a very pleasant stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows are luxurious. Hotel is clean and tidy despite undergoing renovations. My only caution, which may be specific to the 9th floor, is the water temperature... It does change from warm to hot to cold all by itself and it gets very hot indeed.

Excellent customer service.
We booked the hotel, with full knowledge that they were under renovation. When we reached the hotel, the noise of the renovation got us worried.
But the service of the hotel staff made our stay truly enjoyable. They were extremely attentive, friendly and hospitable.
I hope they do not raise their hotel rates too much after the renovation, because I would certainly love to return to the hotel again! 😃😂

The rooms are relatively spacious, and the interior design is fresh. The room's operations are controlled by a high tech touch screen system which controls everything from lightings, TV, blinds and so forth. In my opinion, this may not be user friendly to many common folks who aren't tech savvy. Nonetheless, it is an impressive move. The staffs are also helpful. My rating for this hotel is 4 star.

The staff at grand park were very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were spacious and neat. The rooms were also quite technologically advanced as everything was controlled by a touch screen panel.

One of the original grand old hotels of Singapore. Currently under renovation but it didn't worry us at all. The brand new rooms are well equipped, location is fabulous - almost city centre, staff are courteous and extremely helpful, the restaurant is great for breakfast. Would stay again just to see how the old place is undergoing its renaissance.

Building site! Don't bother unless you're not into a good nights sleep. Room App for the phone is complete rubbish and the control panel in room takes an age to turn a light off or switch on the air con. Staff are friendly but can't do the simplest of tasks and have to be reminded several times, even then you won't get the result you were looking for. Also lifts have a life of their own as your room card will stop working after 24 hours. Cleaners ignore the "Do Not Disturb" sign on doors and finally food turns up cold. This hotel is all style and no content. Sure it will be amazing when it's finished but by then hopefully it will be out of business. Hugely disappointing, avoid.

Beautiful new rooms. Good breakfast. Only downside is that it is still under construction. They only work at reasonable times though.

Horrible. What they don't tell you when you book is that there is a year of construction ongoing and no facilities are open. They also don't tell you that the management is rude, arrogant and don't care of you have a nice stay at all. Their facilities injured my child, they sole my clothes... and me crying on check out paying full price for this inhumane treatment. I will NEVER go back.

So to check in you have to download an app. This app turns your phone in to your room key, your room lighting and A/C controls and your TV remote by using bluetooth. Great concept that doesn't deliver. My "room key" stop working by the end of the first evening. My wife downloaded the app too so in case you had to go to the room without me she could get in. Hers worked for a few days and then failed, so we were in the hall trying to get into the room and had to go all the way to the front desk and get a manual key anyway. The room itself had digital controls as well on a poorly located panel on the wall in really inconvenient place. You use this panel for DND "do not disturb" or MUR "make up room". it was our anniversary day, we were going out and then coming back to the room to go out for the evening. I set up the MUR so the room would be clean as we got ready for our night out. Right before we left, the power went out, no controls, no A/C, no TV.....and apparently it resets the DND/MUR panel to DND. So when we came back to the room....it had not been cleaned. Hotel staff was attentive, but the hotel seems to have tried to set-up a diy system in the hotel, so you were always referred to whatever system that had in place for anything you asked for....and like i already stated, the app and the controls in the room were all very undependable. Also, the hotel is under renovation as of May "17 and seemed to easily have another 6+ months before it would be done, so lots of hammering and power tool sounds throughout the morning and afternoon....they start at 10am and shut down around 8pm.

The hotel itself was ok and we did enjoy our stay, but the one criticism I'd have is that it does not deserve the 5 star label it currently has. The hotel lobby is small and not very well air conditioned, the buffet breakfast was a huge let down. Limited options and quite a small dining area. Food was very average too. The 'welcome fruit basket' we received through staying in the club room was a plate of fruit covered with cling wrap. The club room 'all day refreshment' options consistent of water, soft drink and 1 small plate of small cakes. The room service is not 24h and the options are average at best and way overpriced. The staff however were mostly nice. They allowed us to have our club room afternoon drinks in the room as we had a toddler with us and it was time for his nap. I would recommend this hotel only if you get a really good deal but that said, if you find a 4 star hotel at a better price, I would go for the 4 star. They are renovating at the moment (which is why we got a good price) so who knows, they may or may not step it up after the renovations are done. We stayed during May 2017.

Location was good,close to the mrt station. Close to local shops and amenities. The hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was very good with an evening canapé and drinks in the executive lounge.

Just amazing staff, nothing was a problem. Very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed 10 days making extensive use of the club lounge etc.

Worst service ever ! All I need is copy of invoice. Initially, they were unreachable via phone. When I finally able to call- then they requested me to an email address which didn't go through at all. And when I called in again it was transferred to various department and bounced back to the front desk again. Finally, they asked for the guest's name and managed to pull out all the details (after loosing all my patience ). Lazy staffs !!

Stayed here for 3 nights, check-in is smooth and efficient. Room is fine and breakfast has good variety. Although hotel is under renovation, but their service is excellent.

I have been staid with the hotel for 4 nights during my holiday. The staff are able to provide professional service for the guests and give them a memorable stay with the hotel. Besides, some of them are willing to recommend some tourism attractions to my stay even more comfortable and memorable. Thank you so much for y'all excellent service and brilliant smile.

Despite the noise from the renovation, we were welcomed with great hospitality by Aini (who took great care of us) and her team. It was such great pleasure to stay in the hotel. Feels just like home! Looking forward to come again once the hotel is done. Thank you! =)

Celebrated my classmates birthday at Indulge at park and the food and service was excellent. Jennifer even brought a slice of cake that was very well presented. Plus she sang a birthday song for us. 1st class in terms of geniune service.

Ups - Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly, free Internet and smart phone if you need it, main restaurant is reasonably priced and food is good.
Downs - Size of the room service portions are tiny & the hot breakfast was well Luke warm at best!
Hotel is currently undergoing renovations so no pool works are between 10am & 6pm
Central location walking distance to most places in the CBD
Good 3.5 star hotel

The quality of the rooms and ambience is the same that i saw a decade back. Very well maintained and comfortable too as it is very close to the City Hall MRT. You have friendly staff who are more than willing to help you. The breakfast items is very repetitive and is boring! It could really improve.

Stay the Crystal Club level, it's worth it. Free breakfast and night reception every day. Access to a small meeting room is also included. Great for business travelers.

What a wonderful hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great: It's within close proximity of everything you need. The rooms are smaller then other hotels but what lacks in size makes up for its cleanliness and warm style. Basically it's a great atmosphere and with the added features of a top notch gym and pool, I don't see why anyone wouldn't enjoy staying here. The only problem I had with this hotel is that the bathroom door was stiff and the T.V graphics was not up to standard with the modern style of TV's today. Overall this hotel is great and I recommend you stay here if you visit Singapore.

Great location, excellent service, club worth paying extra for. Tooms good sizry ours 0738 had bath and shower. Lighting not good making roomd a bit dark
