Horrible never ever stay here. How did this ppl ever got the licence to operate a hotel. I wrote in to Singapore Tourist Board hope they are able to do something

Room condition looks ok as new renovated, but breakfast dishes need improve as not many variety to pick.
Budget price SGD150++ for single bed is reasonable, but no free mineral water? Are you kidding me?
Foodhall at floor 8, management not so professional as you still need bring free breakfast ticket while they had your name & room stated in list. What, i forget bring ticket & you can't check name list? I'm not kid for paying 150 for that kind of service.

One of the worst hotels that I have stayed in my lifetime. Would not recommend it to anybody at all. Rooms and toilets stink. Staff inhospitable. Housekeeping negative. Only advantage for Indian guests is its location being close to Mustafa Shopping Centre and a host of Indian restaurants all around (mostly South Indian).

Stayed for 3 days. Terrible cockroach menace in rooms. Eye wash front office, hopeless house keeping. Visible differences and politics between Indian Christian Administration staff and Chinese house keeping staff. Would never recommend stay.

I checked out on 5th October 2014. My experience is very bad because the hotel reception staffs are very rude, no communication skill, no restaurant, buffet area is on the 8th floor and it is very badly managed. It is too crowded and the person entering the customer do not know english. Some times you will find some items are missing. I found in rooms there are ants. Elevator is not functioning properly. Every time you have to call assistant for use the access card. No proper lobby (similar to rly station). I have noticed each and every customer is having heated arguments with the reception for delay and behavior.
