This hotel is my favourite hotel very convinence in all things morning excercise just opposite there a big field then about shopping AEON MALL is just 2 mins walk away

We are Malaysian couple,come in from singapore.Very disappointed,we are late check in last night,already very tired,we asking reception Izit available for extend 3hour tomorrow(3hour RM30 but haven't make payment for this RM30),they said yes!But at the next day morning,we call to reception,they told us our room already have guest reserved cannot extend room hour.Feel tired but no choice,have to move on.This my 1st & last time for this hotel!

Worse hotel that I've been. The hotel is expensive for no star hotel. The staff also not friendly. My first and last .
