I’m very dissapointed with the service. I’m not gonna come here again ever.
It’s my bad that I paid my bill late after I extended my stay at this hotel as I assume my friend will pay the bill. I thought I will paid when I checked out the day after. So the story begins when my door is knocked at 11.30 pm. You imagined me and my daughter already had a deep sleep that time. We are very shocked cos we afraid the strangers tried to disturb us. So I woke up and I’m more shocked to see that the door is already quarter opened. Where are the manners? Luckily that I had ready with a proper cloth with my daughter. So, he asked me to pay. I paid and again they knocked my door for signed a receipt. After that I felt very hard to fall a sleep cos I’m still in shocked.
So here we goes, if you management afraid that I’ll will left the hotel without paid, why you don’t ask for my handphone number when I reactivate my card room for extended stay. How can I inform you or you call me when the phone inside the room also can’t working. What do you expect? This is very embarassing. We also tolerate to call the receptionist with our own handphone if we need anything. And why you can’t do that for your customer too?
Seriously this is my last time to be here at Good Hope Hotel. Good luck.

An old building revamped. Nice and clean rooms. Bathroom is a little small. Cheap.

I have an interview here as sales executive, unfortunately dis not goes well. But, the interior hotel is fantastic. I saw the package as well and they are affordable, convenient for function.

Stay at hère on 10feb to 11feb Sofar good for all and need upgrad the breakfast menu..

The hotel is an average hotel, pretty dated, but conveniently located near a humber of local food places, and especially a very famous chinese restaurant - Maedo. Pricing of the hotel is economical and transport in the area is ok.

Service can b better. Maintenance is poor. 3 star hotel looks like 2 star budget hotel. Price is high. No value for money.

This Is Good hotel. Not like 3star, 4star hotel. Nice and better. The person here specially Manager is Hard workers to served you.

The hotel service is very terrible and the attitude of the workers is very bad.They have so many hidden terms and conditions and they limit the person to stay inside the room.As a previous customer I highly recommend you all NOT TO come and stay in this hotel.It will definitely ruin your holiday mood.
