The cinema area is very nice and kinda gets you in the better mood to watch the movie you came for. It has 6 or 7 screens that play the same movie with 35 mins apart. Downside is that the screen isn't wide enough so the side viewing is difficult and kinda tiring. Sound system is great. Wheelchair accessible entrance has a wheelchair platform that can be operated by the single person. The biggest and the most neglected issue that can ruin the whole experience is that the aircon is set to very low temp, even bellow 20 degrees so you will definitely need long sleeves and pants. There is no sensor that detects the crowd and adjusts it accordingly, it is rather set generically to give you a cold to bring back home. Other than that, staff is very nice, toilet is never crowded and well maintained.

In times of great rush to see a in-demand movie, check it out. You may have to travel a bit, but the you will get admitted. The external staircase used as exit is a bit weird!

The staff there are pretty friendly, the quality of the experience is very great, and it is located at a pretty convenient location. A really good place to watch a movie.

I am a regular here. Excellent place. Screens 1 and 6 are the biggest ones here.

The place has a pretty good screen, with the sound system being pretty OK, I would definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to escape the harsh reality called life and dive right into the little sliver of joy called movies.

The teathre is not so big yet it is pretty nice and cozy. This is a good place to hang out with friends and family. Tickets price is more or less affordable, and there is a discount for students.

Relaxing atmosphere before the start of your movie as you walk along the corridors and into the cinema.
However, the exit is designed in away that it forces you out via a plight of stairs and depending on which hall your movie was screened, back into or (unfortunately) out of the mall and into the bus bay and you have to walk one big round back into the mall.
Popcorn combos are unreasonably priced but considering the other cinema chains I say it's fine by me. You can avoid the hefty prices by using your GV membership or sneak in your outside food.

Movie theatre is fine. The thing I dislike about this place is that you have to exit through the back entrance.

Good place for movie.
However, I really dislike
1) the idea of ticketing counter selling ticket & refreshment together. Always a long wait.
2) the traveling after movie. It really a long walk with so many steps (at least 3 levels) and worst case this staircase lead to bus interchanging with lot of carbon monoxide.

Cinema is fine but the policy of trying to force people out the back door which exits outside the shopping center is simply offensive and their website will not accept foreign passport numbers and so actively discriminates against overseas visitors. For this reason I give it 1 Star

Hey, it's the local movie theatre. There's not a lot of reason to seek it out other than proximity. It's fine overall, middle of the road for GV.

Cinema with a few theaters, there must be a movie you like. I had seen one in Hokkien.

Went there to buy a ticket but found there's no more slots for the night. So decided to book a slot the following day. Asked for the earliest slot and the guy said 0830. I said i wanted later. So he gave me 0930. The next morning i was getting ready to go to the cinema but to my horror the ticket shows 2130. This is seriously unacceptable. I should've checked earlier but being with GV for so long I took them for granted. The name of the cashier is on my ticket so I know what to do.

I hate that when you finish your movie, you are led downstairs without chance to watch another movie.

Ragnarok EX (24/12/2015 08:06)
No satisfactory . i only went there if i'm feeling lazy to travel for other cinemas.
1.seats are uncomfortable and narrow.
2.the seat is 90 degrees straight with a head rest ( sorta like a P shape) , so i will slouch and it push my head to look down instead of leaning back and look up towards the screen.
3. After the show , patrons will be forced to walk through the smelly staircases ( obviously some patrons pee in there , as they are not allow to go back to the cinema premises after the show )
4. After the staircases eject u outside the building , You have to walk around the building along the bus bay & fences & large air conditioner venting heated air at you , in order to go back to the mall , there's no shelter along the way if its raining .
