Nice cinema. But it's quite small so need to get your tickets quick. Nice and newly renovated cinema though.

Great ambience in terms of the GV cafe. Plush seats and cozy feel. Good food options too like cakes, muffins and sandwiches. Vegetarian options available too. This was a wonderful surprise. Coffee was of good quality and value for money. I'll definitely patronize again. Easily accessible by Paya Lebar MRT ie Circle and East West lines. If you drive, there's a car park located at the basement.

Watched Deadpool 2 in the Duo Deluxe complex. Seats are comfy and the hall is clean. The laser projection is something that's noticeable and overall, it's a great way to watch movies that has lots of action! It's a little pricey, but hey, why not, once in a while!

The cenima is clean and new. But I couldn't see when the hall was ready to enter. Overall, still a good place to catch a movie with friends and family.

Watched avengers infinity war in Duo Deluxe. The theatre was pretty secluded just the way i like it. Cosy Vibes, comfortable chair and good service. Not exactly comparable to the gold class/premium cathay category but nevertheless a good experience. Good for couples and similar to a premium economy seats on flights 👍🏻

Awesome place for movies with loved ones. Good food around the area and even a food court just outside the cinema complex.

It was around 4:20pm+ 19th of march 2018. My group and I asked for our tickets to be paid separately, the female staff allowed us to and smiled. While we were paying our tickets, a male teenage or young adult staff came and asked her what happened. She told him that we were paying our tickets separately. That male staff frowned at us as if we were abusing their customer service, even though there wasn't a queue waiting for us at that point of time. My brother who was unaware of the situation came to the front to pay, the male staff however stopped him and roughly mentioned this sarcastically with a frowned look on his face, "Your friend wanted to pay separately, so please wait." . After we collected our change and ticket, I saw him mumbling to the female staff and continued to stare at us with a frowned face as we left. The male staff wasn't very hostile, but the female staff was the complete opposite.

It just opened in October 2017 so the facilities are still very clean, in great shape. I must say I really like the new Duo Deluxe hall. Think of it as an affordable alternative to Gold Class. It's priced at $15 on weekdays and $20 on weekends, with pretty plush, wide leatherette seats. There are only 58 seats, mainly arranged in pairs, so it feels a lot more private too. In fact, because the seats come with proper back and neck support, I reckon there'll be no "bad seat" even if you end up in the first row. I find Duo Deluxe perfect for occasions when I want to treat yourself without breaking the bank; and frankly, Gold Class frills like the blanket (you never know how often they wash those things!) and middling food aren't worth the extra dough.

Very new and very convenient. Many eateries available in this building. A few meters from the paya lebar mrt station.

There is a cafe with comfy couches and tables in front of cinema entrance. You can use the cafe even if you do not see a movie.
