This was the most boring experience ever in Singapore. The staff were rude, impatient. They showed us how to use the Segway but once we started, it was so slow and boring. The waiting period was 2 hrs. We had to travel on the Segway in a straight line and no overtaking was allowed. We hardly even travelled a fair distance. It lasted 5 mins max distance of 250m. It was a total waste of money.

It offers different routes at different prices. The staff instructed us to control the vehicle and we need to practice for few minutes before we set off. We drove along the beaches in a line and back to starting point. The vehicle is not difficult to control but we drove on the road, so we need to pay attention to car and pedestrians. I think half an hour journey is enough.

Got a deal online we thought was for a 30min ride, turns out we were on the Segways for a total of 4 minutes. Would not recommend.

Got a 250m tour as a gift. Was advised by the staff at the counter to top up 4 dollars to upgrade it to a 500m tour.
I'm not sure if it's worth to pay full price for it other than to try a Segway out.

Seriously the most boring thing Ive done in Singapore.... Paid for the 800m "tour".... Omg... 800m seemed like 80km.... It was so slow.. The tour guide did not say a single word.... We just went down the St and then back up the street in absolute silence...
I wouldn't even do this again if it was for free... If you want to do an activity with even a little thrill factor... This is not it.

The experience on the segway was very very fun. The staff were friendly and nice, although it was extremely tiring putting on the elbow and knee guards as they were all very worn out. All under 18 must wear knee and elbow guards, which is very time consuming.

Segway is always fun. Here it is a bit expensive and only takes the tarred roads. Unpaved roads would have earned it a five * from me

You have to wait at least an hour, actually physically being present in line for a short (up to 750m) ride. Worst experience ever, AVOID THIS PLACE.

I should give this place around 3.5 but anyways. The segway was amazing but the staff were a bit lousy and there is no refund. My first try on a segway and it was exhilarating indeed.

Awesome ride for me!
Brilliant and happy experience for me. Looking forward to try it again in my next visit with my family next year.

I've given many many reviews of various types of places but I believe this is my only 1 star review so far. This is just not worth it even if it were free at least in our experience. The sign for wait time said 5 minutes. We waited 1.5 hours. The whole thing was so badly run, nobody in the staff was organized. All the customers were getting really agitated. The ride lasted about 2 minutes. Then I asked the guide that we paid for the longer ride. He took us for another 2 minutes and it was done. I would not wait for that even if it were free.

A bunch of insensitive instructors we came across during our visit to this place. A member from our group had a fall from the Segway and the instructors were busy telling us our faults instead of giving us a helping hand. They didn't even ask once if we needed help or any medical support. At a tourist spot the least one can expect is helpful nature but there were nothing close to it. On requesting for a buggy they declined and happily boarded one buggy themselves without taking the hurt person along. Zero recommendations for this place because of the rude people. Specially for tourists.

Was kinda of cool. Journey was super short and highly restricted for my taste.

At the initial registration, the desk girl said the wait was 40 min. In actuality, the wait was 80 min. They have been in the business long enough to be able to assure the guests, how long the wait will be. The staffs need to get their act together and be more professional.

Nice experience that we haven't had before. We took the 15$ ride with NTUC discount. It's 250m ride still nod bad was lots of fun. You can buy 850m ride with 20+ bucks.

One of the cool rides that you can experience all by yourself. It takes a while to balance and after that it is fun. You can take , i think, 3 rounds on the segway. Children will love it. A nice green ride!

Its okay. But why closed early as 1915 hrs? I tot at 7.30? One group of family was turned away.. Today 27/2/2016.

One star is being generous. We went here because it was part of a package deal we bought at Lucky Plaza. The entire facility is run poorly.
After checking in at the front counter, you are whisked away to the actual starting point (Go-green bike rental). We were told the wait would only be 1 hour & the ride will take 10-15 min.
Granted, we went on a public holiday, but the wait was horrible. It was hot and the line long. There were 3 queues. The first to get your helmet, the second to wait to spend 1 minute training on a Segway. After 3 hours, he third was to actually go on your ride.
The ticket was for a 250m ride. After measuring it later on Google Maps, it seems it was only a little over 100m, and took only a couple of minutes, not 15.
The customer service in handling the situation afterward was horrible. I sincerely wonder how they stay in business.

Very friendly staff. Good experience for those who has not tried segway before

The ride itself was thrilling. However, as we were late by about 5 mins (due to the horrendous queue on the Sentosa Express), the trainers drilled us as if we are primary school students, saying, "Do you know what time you're supposed to report here? You are supposed to come in 5 minutes before the allocated time slot, so we will have to cut short your time period, as another group is coming in at (the next half hour)." And our ride was promptly cut short by another 5 minutes, as there wasn't time to cover another stretch of the pre-appointed route. Which is a total misrepresentation - it was $38 for a 30-minute ride - we were given an appointment time at 5.30pm, and were sent out by 5.55pm. Complete with straight-faced, stern-looking staff.
I suppose the company has no shortage of customers, but this is no way to treat customers, even if we had been late, and on top of that, we had already been penalised for it. What can I say? Totally Singaporean-style hospitality.
