Less choices, especially for fruits & meats.... understaffed. But only supermarket in vicinity, so better than nothing.

24/7 neighborhood store with lotsa fruits available...not a full range type like mega mart as restricted size...

I wished to feedback that your service staff needs to be more emphatic. On 19 Feb, I left my Passion Mastercard at the cashier after purchasing your product. The next day, I went to retrieve my card , the Malay Young Guy only checked in the main office drawer & conveniently mentioned none of my name was found.
This morning, I went back to Giant Express at Redhill again, I requested for assistance from Nicholas & he directly me to your cashier if it was kept at the cashier's drawer. One Malay lady in her middle age was rather helpful to search for it but none was found. I approached a China-National, Luke who was rather rude & unhelpful. He exaggerated, 这边 有一百零二卡, 没办法check" I told him off, there were a few cards kept in the cashier's drawer & you don't have to exaggerate. Obviously, he declined to help & it only takes a few seconds to do a search. I demanded to speak to the supervisor & he claimed he is. What kind of attitude he displayed? No initiative yet claimed he is the supervisor when I found out he is just a team leader! I went back to Nicholas to complain on the outcome & bad encounter. He was rather approachable & managed to retrieve my Passion Master Card from another cashier counnter. I was pleased with his immediate follow-up actions rather than a Team Leader(Luke) of no service excellence at all. Hope your management should review your rewards & recognition scheme in view of such unpleasant encounter. I thought of buying some flowers for home decor at your store. On the second thought, your team leader really pissed me off. I also told him off not to boast as Supervisor & his attitude is unacceptable. Hope to get a respond from your management on the outcome of your service recovery.

Don't always get the stuff you need at this shop but then it's better than not to have the shop. Peak hours and weekends are always short-handed with only 2 cashiering counters in operation. This shop has many loopholes for theft and many cases of such have occurred.
