Amazing hotel. Absolutely loved the size, rooms and various amenities. It's location close to Jurong East MRT also makes it convenient for tourists.

Location wise 5 stars , but rooms are very small , no place / wardrobe for cloths , Shower area is ultra small , I am around 6 feets tall and found it very difficult. Check in time is 3 pm ( not sure if this is normal in Singapore) but it creates a big issue for people who reach in morning ( they need to book rooms for previous night as well , which is a unnecessary loss ) । I landed in Singapore morning 6 am and waited for for 3 hrs at lobby to get the room as there were no room free by that time

A comfortable place. The breakfast buffet is limited but delicious. The staff are friendly and professional. Great for business

Hotel is nice from outer view ...but the room is too small to accommodate all the luggage as there is no wardrobe.
Kindly install wardrobes for rooms .

Great location. Amenities are just sufficient. But parking is not free and very expensive even for guest.

Simple nice hotel expected from a 3 star hotel. The swimming pool is nice. It was above the hotel lobby with a glass bottom.

Reception is good. The hotel room are quite small for two people. Free shuttle bus service to sentosa world is good for foreigner.

It seems far from downtown. By utilizing nearby MRT station and big shopping malls around (~10 min by walk) it makes this place convenient to stay.
Besides, free shuttle buses for Santosa is available.
Breakfast is a little bit too simple.😅

Super hotel..You will get free bus service to sentosa island every one hour.. Staff is very good, rooms are neat and clean. You get access to Gym and Swimming pool as well.

I spent one week here. Rooms are fairly small but they are a nice and clean layout. My only issue is that the soundproofing between connecting rooms isn’t great if you have “noisy neighbours” that like the TV on too loud. Very quick and easy walk across the road bridge to the shopping malls. The staff are great.

Was there for a wedding dinner. It is very near jurong east mrt and bus stop, so is very assessable. The reception and hall are both very spacious. The dishes were delicious especially the soy sauce cod fish. However, the waitress was rather inexperience and wanted to remove the food even though the guests have not finish eating. Overall, the experience was great.

I've got this room with promotion together with 2 Universal Studio Tickets. Worth it. Because to go to Universal Studio you do not need to look for your own transportation where they already provide you with shuttle bus. (please bring your access card cover/holder for them to let you use their shuttle bus for free) Hotel room and toilet are clean and pretty. There also halal foods vending machine at the lobby.

Very friendly staff. The rooms are small but they do keep them very clean. Breakfast is very good. Located in a very nice area, close to some shopping malls and a train station.

Was there to attend a wedding dinner. The ambience was ok on average. Service staff was responsive. Food was average. Overall it was not a bad experience. But nothing that was noteworthy stood out.

I went to Genting Hotel Jurong to attend a wedding lunch. The food and service were not really spectacular; I would only rate it as acceptable. Food was the standard flair, exactly what one would expect from an 8-course Chinese meal. Although, it should be mentioned that their portions were pretty large. It may have been more appropriate for 13 - 15 people instead of 10, though it should also be noted that everyone at the table weren't big eaters. The meal was also quite rushed in my opinion; the staff were clearing dishes away even if with food still on the plates. While I understand they have a schedule to keep, I felt it was extremely wasteful. Especially since they served larger portions. The lunch lasted just a little under 2 hours, shorter than what I would expect. All in all, just acceptable.

Great,near the mrt but you have to cross random roads to reach it,the room is extremely cramped,but it is decent and the service is commendable,i asked for a blanket and i got it around 30 seconds later,which i find decent.

A very pretty hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite nice, though smaller than similar hotels in the US. There's a pool. Within walking distance there are 3 malls and assorted smaller shopping options. There are balconies on each level, but not for individual rooms.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. The deluxe suite room is awesome, very clean and spacious. They have a shuttle bus service to sentosa island for every 30 minutes and the location is near from a big shopping mall

I was a good experience. The enviornment is classy and the foods are fantastic. If given a choice again, would like to have 1 or 2 night stay at the hotel in order to have use more of the facilities there. Location is good, traffic is smooth and most importantly it only minutes to Jurong East Mrt.

Nice hotel located close to MRT station, there are also a few malls in the area. I have stayed there many times and never had any issues. There is a free shuttle bus that delivers you to Sentosa.

The hotel is new. Good room with all that you need and complimentary coffee and water. Near to a lot of shops and Malls.

Budget hotel. Doesn't serve in the room, has stipulated restaurant timings which isn't too great especially for travelers from other time zones. For corporate guests the buffet sitting is on the 15 floor with lousy service and limited food options. Plus point is snack the vending machine at the reception huge help for late night hunger pangs.

The room is fine, clear and tidy. Shower is good as hot water come instantly, shampoo and shower gel included and huge mirror as you walk into the room. Generally the room is small but good enough to stay few nights and sufficient light into the room. TV and most of equipments are available. Wifi is provided for free and speed was excellent- approximately 30mb download, 50mb upload at the time of test.
Room design is simple to maximise the space and comfort. Aircon is adequately designed to give you a good night sleep.
Smoke free policy in the room which is good for families.
This hotel is well located near 4 shopping centres and MRT station which is the main reason why it's chosen. Easily find local or international food as you walk over the bridge which open till 9pm.
My company didn't fax the payment details soon enough so I had to paid some deposit and door card will only last five days. After I have confirmed from the hotel staff, they have received the payment details, I was told hey will refund my deposit.
Three days after, found door card didn't function. Only then realised, they charged the company but didn't refund the deposit or extended the door card. Issue was resolved as soon as I visited the hotel stuff, no apology was received. I could be locked out of my room for a night if returned late.
Counter staff wasn't as friendly as I would have hoped but gets the job done if you are specific and don't assume.
Room cleaner was very friendly and with big smile on his face which is rare as I sometimes stay 6months in different hotels.
Overall I would recommend this hotel to others and would return if needed.
Note. Refund will take minimum of two weeks. Not sure why but I guess that's the policy.

Environment is clean and tidy. Room furnishing is new. The price can be comes with Genting Resort World Universal Studio ticket in package.

New hotel opened in the western side of Singapore.
I heard there is free shuttle service for their guests to Resort World Casino.
Connected via over head bridge to the Jurong opposite.
Walk about 10 - 15 mins to Jurong East MRT

Good location for me as I was working In the industrial ares, Tuas. The hotel itself has basic rooms but comfy bed and a decent shower. The buffet breakfast is good.

Room size is similar with group of Zest Hotel in Indonesia, small. But with different cost absolutely :))
7 nights cost me SGD 1129.29 in March 2017, not included tax and another charge.
But the good thing is, the location near JCube mall, international business park and near MRT station.
Mosque not so far by walking.

Clean and cosy room, friendly staffs. Rooms are small though, but everything is there. Buffet so so only. Can get better food at the mall nearby the hotel. Bus stop just beside the hotel. Overall it was quite a comfortable staycation.

Great breakfast. Too expensive but it is Singapore. Far from the airport. Small but comfortable rooms. Great showers. Cable TV. Wifi is limited to 2 devices per room and is not that fast.

OMG, does Jurong deserve its first hotel to be like this? A budget hotel at a regular hotel price! A likely embarrassment to Singapore's future 2nd CBD. Sigh. I will not put my overseas customers here seriously, though it is the nearest one to my workplace.

Not the most comprehensive hotel but does provide the basic commodities the the average guest. A great benefit is the close proximity to the shopping place at Jurong East

The rooms are quite small (from a western standpoint), but modernly equiped and clean.
Internet is slow (no smooth youtube streaming for example).
breakfast is good
5min walk to nearest shopping mall and MRT
