Great comfortable seats and decent audio. However, the screen ain't as big as you'd suppose. Recommend sitting in closer than usual to maximize the screen size.

Great experience with very big screen and wide bed - seats. Ideal for watching action movies. During thé movie you can order food which you choose from thé menu. You can enjoy even a big dessert like waffle with ice cream of whatever you like ! Service is quick and very friendy.

Usually this is the GV I patronise. However, today's experience made me think twice about the level of customer service. Firstly, nowadays it's self-ticketing but when the machines screw up, the human staff have to be proactive and have a sense of urgency to step in to assist the affected cinema patrons. Not only did the machine hang, my change was not returned and there were no tickets issued as well. I waited for 60sec for my tickets and change but to no avail. A female staff was just standing around without any initiative to step forward to assist although she was behind me and could clearly see the machine was not working. I told her the issue and she just said:"Wait." That's what I had been doing!She told another male staff who also took his own sweet time to come over to take a look despite not serving anyone at that time. Both staff were nonchalant and had no sense of urgency and courtesy. I wasted 20min standing there to wait for them to slowly figure out what to do. There was no apology whatever and I even had to give up my initial chosen seats as the seats couldn't be unlocked to be rebooked.
Appalling customer service! Operation Manager, please be more aware of your staff's attitude and service recovery standard.Be more helpful and proactive.
