Ridiculously long waiting time. Booked the appointment at 1002H but only got my queue number and see the doctor at 1120H.
Poor efficiency in their administration. If you know you’re going to have an influx of patients for a period of time, you should probably get some temporary staff to cover the duties.

I prefer solitary confinement in prison, at least I don’t get anxiety and face disappointment every 5 minutes for 3 hours when I hear the ding but its not my number. If you are bitten by a snake or coughing out blood do expect to be dead before the doctor attends to you.

Receptionists are unprofessional and the time taken to consult a doctor took me 3 hours. To process an MC and collect my medication also took far too long. Also, on one occasion, I headed to fullerton to get my vaccination done only to be told by the receptionist that they don't do medical check-ups after 4.30pm... The staff insisted I return the next day. What a wasted trip!
Dear Fullerton, please raise your standards. The clinic in the school compound is to provide convenience for students but has brought inconvenience to us instead.

I give the place 2-stars because I find several of the reception staff to be quite unfriendly (borderline rude) and several of the doctors to be quite unhelpful. Went 3 times, 3 different doctors and saw no improvement with the health issue I was dealing with. The 4th time I was in, I saw Dr. Maria Thomas. 5/5 stars for her! I saw dramatic improvement with my health issue within 24 hours of following her recommendations. She’s really helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She takes her time to make sure she evaluates your concern thoroughly. Thank you, Dr. Thomas!

Walked in to get a possibly fractured toe checked. Was not given any indication of what to do to make an appointment except being continuously told that they are too busy to attend to me and that the wait time is an hour.
I was within NTU itself and had to catch a Grab because I can’t walk up the hill to get myself there. If I had known this was what was going to transpire, I would have saved the $5 I spent to get there and go to another clinic instead.
The lady attending to me also seemed too busy to care as she continuously kept picking up the phone to answer calls in between our conversation. The lady next to her did not seem eager to help me either except to ask for my IC. When I nicely asked them both if coming at a later time would be better, as I had class in the afternoon anyways, was continuously reminded of how busy they are. I got fed up and asked for my IC back, and then I left.

Called in at 8pm to check how long I would have to wait as I was too ill to sit in the air-conditioned clinic for long
The staff told me they close at 8:30pm, and there was a long queue.
I told her the website states 9pm.
The staff then asked if i'm heading down to the clinic now and told me i should not bother, unless it is urgent.
I told her it is urgent as I am not feeling well.
She then comes up with a lie that "the doctor closed the registration already" Why didn't she mention this at the beginning of the call if it were true?
I told her I was running a high fever, hence it is urgent that I see a doctor.
Her response was then "just go see an outside doctor."
Extremely rude and unprofessional service.
If your website states the clinic closes at 9pm, please stay true to your word and not chase ill patients away ONE HOUR before your stipulated closing time.

The clinic efficiency is really bad, the waiting time is too long. Hopefully they can improve on their efficiency in everything.

Giving it 2 star because it's convenient having a medical centre near work and it's the only one I've been to in Singapore so I don't know how bad the other ones are.
The waiting time is really long if you go during the day, but when I go after 7pm it's usually not too bad.
The staff don't seem to know the procedures and they constantly send you to various rooms only for you to be told you should have gone to reception/doctor/treatment room first. There isn't really a queue system for the treatment room so you just have to hang outside the door, waiting for someone to see you. Sometimes if you wait, they'll tell you you should have just walked in. If you walk in, they'll tell you you need to wait because they are serving someone else. It's never clear what you should do. Sometimes when you're there just for a blood test they will insist you see a doctor first because presumably they want more of your money. After a while I learned that you can insist that you don't need to see a doctor because you already saw them and they have already ordered the tests. The reception staff can't agree on the procedure for this and even argue amongst themselves.
Some of the doctors rush you along and don't seem to care when you explain your problems. Feels like they just want your $30 for 30 seconds of work.
They also have this form on the reception counter which you need to fill in as staff and put your name, department and NRIC. The form says "do not leave this form on the counter, visible to other patients". Of course they leave it there for everyone to see everyone's personal details. Bad data protection!

Worse possible clinic in probably the whole of Boonlay. Extremely long waiting times, i.e. I went early and waited for 1 hour. Only 3 queue numbers went in and out of the rooms in front of me. Expect to wait 1.5 hours on a normal day for a 1-2 min consultation if you have minor health issues like cough or the flu.
If you want to wait for the subsidised rates, go ahead. Can't fathom why the school contracted Fullterton which doesn't even bother about real patients.
Don't be fooled by the glossy and stylish interior, service is horrid and slow. They can't seem to handle basic administration issues or care about the number of people piling up in the clinic clueless about how long it'll take.
You would have better luck going to clinics near pioneer or boon lay shopping centre.

Waiting time is too long. Better to consult outside the campus. Just 9 patients ahead of me and I have been waiting for 3 hours already. Such a waste of time!

Horrible waiting time, horrible service from the staff. I don't even know why NTU has offered a contract tender to Fullerton. Dr Maria Thomas is also completely nonchalant and doesn't seem to care; I highlighted an injury which I wanted to get an X-ray for just to quell my fears, she told me it's non-necessary because it's "unlikely" and "just me being paranoid". Acted like I was wasting her time (because it was around 1.45pm so I presume she wants to rush off for her lunch break). Called in to enquire about my X-ray results, was put on hold as the staff went to find the results (which I assume). After 10min, the call ended and when I tried to call back, the call was cut abruptly.
The worst experience at a medical centre I have ever had. And I went to the SAF.

Always have to wait for one to two hours at this place. The waiting time has been more than two hours before. Since there are always such long queues, can't more be done to help students avoid sitting in the waiting room for hours? Since we are sent our queue numbers via text, maybe text us to let us know when our appointment is near?? Currently missing lecture waiting for my appointment. (I made an appointment 2h ago, still here.) Very frustrating.
Don't be deceived by the glitsy reception area, the system is crappy.

Waiting times are longe, and staff can be at times be less than welcoming.

Check in and taking tests was smooth. However, the staff returning my medical report was rude and unprofessional. Unbelievable that a medical check up that could be done in the same day at other clinic or other country take 5 days to be completed here
Qinglei Zhu (12/08/2017 02:36)
Worst service ever! Never go to this clinic if you have a choice. The process is super slow and inefficient. The staff are ignorant and don't know their job. I once had a medical report required to be produced by a doctor there. I went there 4 times, 1st time the doctor ask me to do a scanning checkup somewhere else before writing the report, I did and waited for their call for collecting report, they never call. After 2 weeks, I called the reception and they say the result is ready so I went there, but they said doctor was on leave so I couldn't see the doctor and so could not get the medical report. The 3rd time I checked the doctor was there before I go, they require me to pay another visit to collect the report after doctor finish producing it. As expected they never call me again although they said they will contact me at most within a week. After another week I called them, and they said the manager onleave and the report need approval from manager... this is the worst experience ever. Everytime I need to queue up and wait for at least half day to see doctor, and the staff doesn't even know how to find my medical records there. A simple medical report caused me so much time and trouble. I will never visit this clinic ever again

I wanted to make an appointment for a vaccination. I was told to make payment and collect a queue number.
After doing so, i patiently waited for my queue number to be called. At 1 hr later, I confronted the staff to enquire my progress. And was told that waiting time was about 3 hrs.
So i patiently waited for 3 hrs....
...
...
At the end of it, i was told i didnt need to make an appointment just had to come back on the schedule vaccination day.
Such atrocity.

Service was slow and front desk staff was rude. Regretting every minute that I am here. Be prepared that all the checkups you do will require you to "come another day".

Have been waiting for nearly 2 hours while the receptionists keep telling me I'm the next !
Cindy Chau (23/03/2017 10:32)
Worst experience I've ever had with a health care provider. Women at the front desk were incredibly nice and helpful but the doctor I spoke to was rude and mocked me and basically rushed me out because I was his last patient. Would never go back here again even if it was an emergency. He failed to greet me when I walked in, didn't shake my hand, didn't introduce himself. Basically looked at me and waited for me to tell him what was wrong with me. I can't believe I had to pay 3 dollars for a guy to tell me there was nothing wrong with me.

Head doctor was excellent. Fixed me right up!
