Went Fujioh office to buy replacement parts for my burner. The sale person was very helpful and offer me their last piece. Lucky me.

Poor customer Service. My oven door hinge broke and call them for repair , tell me no spare part and ask me buy new oven. Forget it , I going for other brand even more costly

Dishonest vendor who takes prepayment and fail to deliver gave excuses, management and staff is evasive and arrogant. There are other professional cleaners in the market too.

Poor customer service support. In fact zero customer support from them.

We first spoke on the phone today at 210pm. We were told to drop Fujioh an email with both the PO and DO as we misplaced the warrenty card.
We requested an email from Fujioh so we can reply with the docs but the email never came.
We injected our initiative by calling again at 324pm, 342pm and 525pm because the email didnt came through.
We were only informed that the email/s which you had forwarded bounced and that's when you requested for our contact number.
I am not sure why customers have to follow up with Fujioh like we have nothing else better to do.

Thinking that this is a good brand, I bought their Hood and Hob for my new flat. Arranged for delivery. On the day of delivery, they delivered just the Hob without the Hood. Called me to say there is no stock for their Hood. Will only arrive one week later. They claimed that the WHOLE SINGAPORE got no stock and offered another colour to me. Even Dealer do not carry stock. Either I take another colour or I wait. NO OTHER CHOICE.
I placed my orders and confirmed my delivery and on actual day, NO STOCK happened without any prior notice and recovery action.
Imagine I have to stop my renovation one week just to wait for their HOOD.
This is how they TREAT their customer.
This is my experience and I want to share with you.
