For some reason we got our room upgraded to a higher tier one - I'm not the one to complain though. Considering money for value it was surely one of the best stays in Singapore. Great staff and clean, which after staying in Thailand and other Singaporean hotels felt... premium.

The hotel was okay. They got my room upgraded to Superior Room for free, the hotel located in a safe and quiet neighborhood in Geylang, and I felt comfortable staying there. But a lot of travelers came to our hotel which made our stay a bit uncomfortable because we could hear people's voices in the hotel aisle and other rooms. Also, the hot water didn't function well. Other than that, it was great for budget trip :)

You have got air-conditioning got life's that are working. We did have Ants in the room they came and spray right away. We can hear water dripping most of the time. The shower was could until we found out you have to but the switch for the heat on. The WiFi is not to bad a little slow for some, stays on all the time.

We went out about 9am and got back 2:30pm and the room was still not done. My Sister was not happy and we got the room sorted in about 8 minutes. We wanted to come back for 40 winks before going out at night time.

Aircon is good. Quality of the coffee provided is good. Toilet of decent size for the price. There are packages for universal studios too. Overall pretty good.

Pretty decent for the price. Nice bed, ok location. Everything functions as it should be. I only have one issue, the water heater isn't working properly.

For a two star hotel this is exceptional. The room is nice, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and accomodating. We had a nice stay in this hotel. With a lot of choices of food and almost near of everything and anything except for MRT station.

I had a nice stay in Fragrance Hotel mainly because the hotel staff were very helpful, specially Mr. NELSON CHEN of graveyard shift. We came late at night but he was so helpful, we needed the safety deposit box opened and he did, we needed the tv on, but there was a problem so he changed our room with a better view and tv. In short..he made our stay very comfortable WITHOUT accepting any tip. We are so pleased with their service, the room might be a little bit on the smaller side but all in all good enough to stay just for sleeping.
I think bring on the green line of MRT, this hotel is very accessible and has very inexpensive restaurants around too. Accessibility to the major tourist spots like the Sentosa island, garden by the bay via MRT Is easy too.
I can recommend this hotel to tourists in a budget to stay here.

People working in hôtel are not ver friendly
Hotel is quite far from public trabnsport (bus, mrt)
hotel is clean, well agenced room.
No breakfast Inside at all.

For a two stars hotel, this place is fine. The bed is fairly comfortable, the bathroom looks new and modern and there's space enough for a person. It's also OK clean, though I could have done without the black hairs on the pillows. I slept OK, but a machine making noise in the wall and people coming home and yelling in the hallway woke me up a dozen of times. All in all, an OK place for a few days in Singapore, if you plan to be out most of the day anyway. If you were two people staying there, it would feel too crowded.

Clean, completed facilities & nice staff. I'm stay for 4 days here, helpful staff. Near bus stop, store & food stall. Recommended Hotel👍for family.😇

Really small rooms. Not many facilities available, if any; Not really welcoming staffs at the front office. Only the price justifies all of these.

Clean and tidy, even though rooms are tiny. Space is used well. Rain shower is great, as is the aircon and the bed and bedding. No complaints.

airport hotel with metro.
Bus to the city center.
Present food court.
not dangerous neighborhood
small room, clean, air conditioning ok, equipped with water kettle, clean towels every day, friendly staff, wifi working.

Excellent experience on this hotel. We got the room very cheap with discount. Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. I can say we are very satisfied. Room is very clean, towels and sheet are changed when we got back from hopping around the city. Also it is few minutes away from famous attractions and airport. Rate this hotel 5☆!
