Bad service ever! When we went for a test drive, we were told to pay the deposit fast as the car is left last... So we paid for the deposit the next day and end up waiting for more than a month but the car is not ready to release to us. We called many times but the salesperson keep saying that the problem is with the bank. As a salesperson, he should try to solve the problem for buyer, not when we asked then only they solve it. When we finally collect the car, that's not the end of the story. I did not receive the invoice for the transaction. I asked for it but the salesperson only gave me a receipt for the proof of purchase. I told him the car was company owned and i need every invoices as supporting documents when i submit for audit. He keep saying with the resolution (Company Secretary) that will be fine. I strongly disagree with him and said the resolution is not the official documents for accounting purpose!!! When i said i will visit him one of the day, he then say he will have meeting whole day! The salesperson there is really sucks and the service is so bad! I even called to the office and asked for the invoice, and yet no one pick up the phone! Oh my goodness, i thought Auto Lumina Sdn Bhd is the sole dealer for Ford, and yet this is the quality that they provide?

Members must note that this import car dealers do not buy, they do not have a professional trading staff, and maintenance staff, each imported car dealers will have one month warranty period, there is no standard of ...... ..
