Traditional roast meats at affordable prices. Roast pork, BBQ pork, soy sauce chicken, roast duck are all full of flavour and meat tender. Their char siew is done traditional Hong Kong style with caramelized sugar and none of the pink dye. Highly recommended!

As all the review goes... Awesome roast meat stall. The noodles are well done and springy, roast meat is crispy and not too fatty, char siew has the right amount of fat and sweetness.
The shop is unassuming, and retains the old school look. The seating is quite limited, they can accomodate more people if they wanted.
In summary, one of the better roast meat stalls in Singapore at a very affordable price. Worth braving the sweltering heat to get there. ✌️

Good roast meat and char siew. Roast duck is pretty good too. The place is quite small and can get ratger crowded during lunch time so you might need ti share tables.

The wanton mee is springy but the taste is just average, the charsiew is also not tasty enough, but still better than those fake charsiew wanton mee.

While the food might be nice (we have waited for 1 hr) and we dont mind waiting, it is the mismanagement of their ordering system and poor service (forgetting entirely about the orders and always allow queue cutting), which led to the poor experience.

Great roasted Duck, cha Siew, and roasted pork. Skin was crispy, whilst meat was moist and tender.
Generally food was delicious and affordable.
Ambience wise, it’s a coffee shop, so do not expect much.

From the newspaper write-up plastered on its glass panel, one gets the history of this roasted meat shop, it's owner's background. The roasted pork belly and BBQ Char Sui are really crisp on the skin, and moist and succulent respectively. The duck is commendable and so is its Wanton soup.

Fantastic char siew! Stumbled across this place while looking to have dinner. Average wontons and above par roast pork. Highlight for me was still the noodles and the char siew

Food: 8/10
Cost: $
Recommended food: Roast Pork, Char Siew
Generous portion of meat at a reasonable price. The Char Siew is well marinated and tender. The skin of the roast pork is crispy and and the meat is succulent. Both meats usually contains more fat than usual roast pork outside.

Nice roasted meats.
Great tasty siu yoke roasted pork.
Very ordinary wanton. No big deal.
Noodles very expertly cooked. Salute the cook.
But major fail as noodle used is horrible.
They should change noodle suppliers.
Big weak point in their otherwise not bad wanton mee.

Tasty sweet tender char siew. Wanton soup is just ok

Pretty much the best char siew and sio bak in the area. Standard can be uneven at times, but when its good its *really* good. Try to reach before 12 if possible and hope that the sio bak was just taken out of the kiln!

Amazing Char siew and noodles. Their roast duck is pretty good as well. Wanton is about average but most try their Char siew noodles, one of the best I've tasted

Our favourite place for char siew, sio bak and wanton mee

To be honest, they are not always consistent but on good days, the char siew is the best I've had in Singapore. Fatty and caramelised with burnt edges.

Top 3 best char siew rice and wanton mee in SG

Barbecued pork is intensely flavourful. Roasted pork is good usually. Crowded during lunch hours, so late lunch can be a good idea.

Tried the duck, char siew and the shao rou - the char siew was especially good! The noodles were done to perfection and had the right consistency with the sauce. Would recommend it!
