Fast and efficient. My fuel cap was stolen by fuel attendant and fortunately FA has parts. Got it hassle free and pleasant experience.

I purchased a brand new Volvo S80 from this company and have been waiting for more than a year for them to fix a City Security System problem. They've had the car in their service centre six times and each time the 'repair' has failed to fix the fault, so I continue to drive it with safety warnings. Service staff have several times made assurances that have not been honoured and are unresponsive. This is the worst 'servicing' I have received on any car I have owned. Totally unacceptable. I will never buy another Volvo, or any car from Federal Auto.

Very slow response time, their workers are not serious enough of their work, seen them sounding the horn and rev up customer's car for no reason, even tried to race each other if not for the limited space. Sent my Volvo here for a minor wiper sensor issue, have been waiting for over 3 hours and still counting…
