Great place to buy wholesale flowers - loads of varieties, gets cold so do bring a jacket if you are shopping for 20mins or more.

Horrendous delivery experience. The van came to my office when I was in a meeting. They called me, but as I didn’t know who was calling, I sent a text saying I was in a meeting and would return the call. No response. If they had texted back identifying themselves I would’ve stepped out. They didn’t even send an auto text or email later informing that the delivery had failed.
Afterward, when I called the customer service hotline, the rep was incredibly rude - no apology, no re-delivery, no refund, and no of course our drivers do not text because they are driving. Self collect is the only option.
The fruit basket was well done but not worth the pain dealing with their delivery and customer service guys. Definitely the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced with an online store.

Hi , I am not pleased with the fruits hamper when it came. I told the delivery guy it’s not what I’ve ordered in the website and he replied he don’t know and to call his office.
I expected Far East Flora to contact me for any different packaging used or what so ever. Rightfully , they should update customers of any changes in their orders. Fruits are not fresh , covered with cling wrap , wasnt tight and air sealed.
The amount of money I paid for that hamper truly not worth it.
I regretted not ordering from hazel florist where their workmanship is thousand times better and basically you can tell that they take pride in what they do.

very good selection of flowers like roses, eustoma and carnations. but little exotic selection. i was hoping to find those more rustic looking ones to diy bouquet but their flowers a bit more mainstream

Horrible customer service, failed delivery with no effort of trying to reach the recipient. I was trying to communicate with them for redelivery and the customer service representative was rude and impatient to explain why it was failed to deliver. Don’t trust their delivery system people.

They have a wide variety of potted plants for both indoor and outdoor at cheap prices. They also have fresh flowers which they sell at much cheaper prices compared to the ones you find in flower shops in the city.

Great place for all your gardening needs. They also have a loyalty program giving you 10% discount on every purchase. Many different varieties of plants as well as pots, potting soil, etc available.

Terrible service. I ordered flower delivery two days before the delivery day to be sent to Airline House. My delivery was meant to be made between 2pm-5:30pm. Close to 2pm, someone called me and said this delivery cannot be made and has to be made in the morning. However, nobody bothered to call me a day before or in the morning to inform me about this, until the delivery time. Person who called did not even bother to apologise. I was just informed that either I have the flowers delivered on a Sat (when the person I'm sending to is not there) or deliver it on a Monday. I chose to take a refund, to which it takes 2 weeks to process. Very very poor customer service.

Not recommended. Simple order however Rose kept calling me from morning until afternoon asking the same questions and at the end wrong also. Faint when the 2 flora stands reached wrong wordings.

I ordered a nice rose bouquet for my girlfriend on their website online, and it was delivered the same day. I'm based out of the U.S. and she's in Singapore. FarEastFlora showed up and delivered and made her very happy. The bouquet is beautiful and was fresh. Very pleasant, hassle free experience and I have a very happy girl. Nobody is around to assist, when approached, assistance is given with alot of reluctancy. Not all of them are like, some of them are good. The staff need to have a better understanding of customer service. Ive been there like 5 times already, none of which was pleasant, i would never go back there again.

This place is said to have the cheapest price for wholesale flowers. They have a big chilling room for all types of flowers and decorative leaves.
Ended making two beautiful bouquets from just 3 bundles of flowers that cost me $32.

Good and helpful staff, good selection toon of all gardening needs. There are a lot of garden centres in this location. If you can't find d what you want here, you're sure to do d it at on of the other places.

Poor service, I order the day before. Delivery is supposed to be between 2:00 and 5:30. My fiancée who will receive the flower end work at 5:30 so it should be ok. The driver is late, no one notify me, cannot find reliable information on the website about the order. I have to call to learn the delivery guy will be late and now I need to ask her to stay longer at work so she do not miss the now ruined surprise. Will not use service again.

Good variety and volumn. But the staff there are not aways accountable. Especially the ones at cashier, who knows little about stock. Not helpful at all and cannot compare to ones on Queensway outlet.

Still the best florist ever - super fresh flowers straight from the cold room. Even on Valentine's Day - some assembly required, but the final product is hard to beat

DO NOT order from this vendor. They are incompetent and unprofessional.
Trying to communicate with them is very difficult, both via telephone and email.
Flower did not deliver on time although Far East Flora charges extra fees for it.
Flower did not deliver to the correct address even after the order is confirmed.
Trying to get a refund is unsuccessful. No one responds to customer's request.
