I've used waterbeds for 3 decades and the reason is obvious.

After sales service is really ridiculous.The service center guy Jimmy is extremently rude to the customer.
When it comes to selling the bed they have very nice and freindy apporach But aftersales they are really not approchable and the service center guy really abuse the customer.

Very good bed frames (nice design, solid wood) at reasonable price. Exceptional services. Strongly recommended.
