Got in for a simple pedal exchange - the owner repaired immediately, at low cost. Amazing service. My next bike will definitely come from his shop.

Only went in for a pedal wrench, which probably isn't worth most people's time, but Fab is a great person to speak with.
Very passionate about cycling and developments over the years.
Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Fab is a great guy with great cycling passion and personality. I wandered in asking about customising a road bike and subsequently checked if he would service my foldie which front derailleur wouldn’t shift. Brought in my little bike. He asked if I could just leave it in the shop, I said if it was possible to fix it now I could also learn something. He’s cool about it, work on the bike immediately and taught at the same time. He added a tuner for cable tension, adjusted the brakes, and sort out the cables that I messed up after removing the handlebar for transport. We chatted about food, Italy and cycling (yes, in that order of importance).
I find it odd getting my bike serviced by an angmoh in Singapore. And if you are a casual cyclist like me, you may find the shop intimidating with all the atas frames. But if you are tired of sending your bike to one of those bigger chains and getting mediocre and deadfish service. This place is for you. Get in, banter, get what you want, banter again before you leave. No Singapore girl smile and Fab won’t call you Sir or Mdm. Just expect and connect as how you will in Europe.
So how much did it cost? A great experience that rekindle the casual cycling passion at $40. I don't know if it is really cheap but it certainly worth every single cent. The local chain where I bought my bike quoted $60 for basic tuning excluding parts. And that's after a $195 full servicing just 3 months ago that created the problem with shifting. I got real pissed, went hunting for a new shop and found Fab’s Cycle.
By the way, it's difficult to reach him via his numbers on website or facebook and the shop may be closed during operating hours (as highlighted by another reviewer though I haven't personally experienced it). He is the owner, mechanic and probably sole shopkeeper.

Thank you for the service provided. Fab, owner and mechanic, runs the shop independently. He is a skilled mechanic and knows his way around bikes. He is passionate about cycling, a straight shooter, who is brutally honest. I like the fact that he is not a product pusher, though I imagine if you are new to cycling, a little guidance would help a lot. His shop is conveniently located in the fringe of Central Business District and his price is reasonable. I would definitely be back.

The Italian owner is somewhat of a character. You either love him or hate him. I for one thought he was rude initially, but when you get to know him, he provides great service and adds on little things to make your bike a bit better. For example, I wanted to replace my front brakes. He took the time to change the cables and case for free. That was really nice of him.

Most inpatient, rude conversation and store experience I had, please do yourself a favor don't even bother to go in there. The shop stuff has such careless self-centric attitude towards bikers. They honestly don't care, I don't understand how the store like this survive in such world.
I feel really bad and upset after talking to them, phone or in person. They don't listen, don't even pretend they care. They are not there to make you problem any easier or provide any suggestion or help.
None service mindset exist in such store. Very frustrated and upset with this store.
There goes my first ever google review.
