When our fan required repairing I was very reluctant to use their services after reading the reviews. However I was pleasantly surprised with their prompt, professional service. The tecnician was reliable and honest.

Customer service staff was rude and installation timing doesn't match as agree on purchase order. I've to call them several times to ensure they are coming over to my home. Electricians are accommodating to my requests and installation skill are good.

I recently installed 4 Fanco fans in my house 4 weeks ago and had been working fine. The elecricians from Fanco is good and responsible. One of the fan in my study room was not working so well and they arranged the serviceman to come back the next day. I think most of you who have bad experiences are mainly the dealers. What one of my Friend did was he bought the Fanco fans and engaged himself his own circle of known Electrician to install for him. Cannot said the whole basket are bad eggs because of one bad egg. My thought without prejudice .

Very very very very very bad service. Have fanco contractor installed 3 fans including 1 fanco fan and 2 KDK fans (charged 90 SGD per unit). Noticed cracking sound for the 2 fans after using for a few days. Called them and they refused to come down to fix. Charged so much for installation and did not do the job well. Rather KDK offered to fix one for free though not installed by them.
