Service centre much improved from before. However, bear in mind that, like all other main dealer service centres, the staff and management have incentives to upsell parts and services to customers. Be aware of what you need and always get a second opinion if you are unsure or if it is an expensive repair.

I purchased a brand new Volvo S80 from this company and have been waiting for more than a year for them to fix a City Security System problem. They've had the car in their service centre six times and each time the 'repair' has failed to fix the fault, so I continue to drive it with safety warnings. Service staff have several times made assurances that have not been honoured and are unresponsive. This is the worst 'servicing' I have received on any car I have owned. Totally unacceptable. I will never buy another Volvo, or any car from Federal Auto.

trying to call the number found on the website...one number is not in service,,another one goes to voice message..how do i book to service my car...if anyone here in the comments section knows other reliable vwservice center do let me know..thanx

Sevice advisor not honoring appointments made weeks earlier on minor complaints.
If you value your time, best avoid this place.
"If you dont like the way we do our job, you can go look for other centers" that what the service advisor told me.
And does anyone notice? That the status of this facility is always closed in google maps.
