My boyfriend and I went here for treatment, we booked for 3pm and it was quite fast to be called in. My boyfriend went here with me coz its my offday and wanted to have me try the acupuncture since my right hand has been numb for 3 weeks. Prior to the day's booking, we also tried to book after the CNY since he was told that they will open on a certain day after the holiday. He knows the Doctor personally too, so we followed however we were informed that there are no more slots so we had to wait another week for my off to be able to do this.
On the day, we got called in and the Doc did cupping with my boyfriend first. I was asked to wait outside the treating areas. I almost fell asleep outside due to the long wait and tiredness then when i thought it was my turn, i was called in but nobody went to assist me. Nobody went to check on me even though the assigned Doctor (my bf's friend) kept passing by where I am, nobody cared. No one asked to see how I am or update me how long should i wait even more that if it is okay otherwise I can book for another day, etc. Nope! They dont care. Which is funny because you will pay them for the service, its a revenue. Anyway, in the end, i lost my wits and patience, I know myself that I didnt behave nicely by walking out without saying a word but hey, thats what they do. Thats the treatment you get, no one will update you so why should i bother updating them too. Golden rule application. I didnt get to have the treatment so I cant rate about it, but because of the long wait / bad customer service i wont go back there anymore.

This is a pretty old school style clinic, no computers and stuff everything goes by books so don’t blame them. Be early, don’t be late as you should every Doctors appointment. The Doctors are fantastic. They have helped me and the people I recommended so much and I love that they don’t sell expensive packages. They fix you. not try to rip you off.

The doctors skill are good. But the clinic have serious queue management issue. The clinic does not honour the appointment time which defeat the purpose of an appointment. While i am not against any issue with urgent cases slotted in between (some are really not urgent case) but first come first serve basis really doesn't work here. It is up to the discretion of the clinic! Waiting 4hrs or more with an appointment is normal and i have learn to be patient after this happens everytime to me, at least my case.
After a few times here, I have came to learn that my appointment card is withheld at the counter and only after giving irritated questioning then the counter staff start to assure my turn and hand my appointment card to the doctor. There are also no system in place to know how many people ahead of you and how long more you have to wait. Everytime you ask the staff, they say will check but with no answer to you. The very least they should let us know how long more to wait so that we can plan our time and not leading us on. Some of us really take a precious day off just to seek the doctor.
I am still cool with the clinic and the doctors are really proffesional. The doctors are hardworking and really way out to serve the people. Unless you have time to spare if not try to be patient.

The doctor there really good. My husband was having back pain for 3 month. Ever he went to see the western doctor. It only temporary stop the pain. After He went for 3 times of acupuncture totally cure the problem.

I would like to feedback and complaint the serving services. This is very bad and can't be acceptable. On 25 November 2016, I got a queue number 14 on 12.30pm before the clinic operate business on 1pm.
I was spend half of day to waited see doctor. Approximately 6pm, counter staff was informed me that still have another 6 person in front of me and asked me go for dinner then come back again. Once I'm finished my dinner around 7pm and come back to the clinic. I was informed by the counter staff that Doctor ask me whether can wait until 10pm or 11pm or re-schedule the visit date and time! Omg~ I'm waited for whole day. What kind of services is this? The clinic staff not run the running number. This is not a right services! At the same time, If your clinic can't accepts a lot of visitor, please inform visitor immediately come back another day with reservation.

Service very bad , my house got people sick need urgent request / they said need appointment, then I said ok , they said the appointment need wait till July , I said ok then the staff ask me call back later she said the person that can help make appointments went for lunch ask me about 30min call back , after 30min I call back they got someone pick up the phone, so ok i wanna make an appointment on July they said ok please wait awhile , ok so I hold the phone until 30min they let me hold the phone for 30min + before I wait another 30min to call back , it total 1hours time to wait for nothing ! What kind of attitude they having ? They are not serious with the patient. 😡😡😡
