I can’t say enough good things about European Bedding and Thijs. The showroom is beautiful and he’s very knowledgeable about his product and mattresses in general. We chose a medium firmness mattress and our first night at the new apartment was a dream. One of the most comfortable mattresses and pillows I’ve ever slept on. The service and follow-up has also been excellent.

Went to the shop twice to try the mattresses, and both sales persons were equally friendly, helpful and patient. The after sales service was great too. The delivery staff were also highly professional. The quality of the mattress is worth the price, firm and supports my back very well. Highly recommended!

I first came across European Bedding (EB) through a web search, for a pure latex mattress. My experience and online reviews convinced me that this would be an optimal solution, for sleeping comfort. At the time, I visited a number of shops, offering products ranging from "hybrid" (springs/latex) beds to high end, organic latex. I kept returning to EB, mostly because I felt that progress was made with every visit. From the outset, their policy of allowing the mattress to be exchanged within 100 days, offered a solid, long-term evaluation. It's difficult to tell how comfortable a mattress will be, just from looking at it. Lying down for a few minutes in a showroom hardly offers any realistic assurance, of how one might enjoy a good night's rest. The proverbial cherry on the cake was when Dave (Thijs) mentioned the possibility of a full refund, if I was finally unsatisfied with the mattress. When choosing the mattress and its support, every one of my questions was answered comprehensively. More importantly, I was able to find a solution to every aspect of the bed's purchase, including the flexible slats. At first, I didn't believe these could make much of a difference, given the 9" thick mattress. Indeed, they change the feel of the bed completely, giving it a remarkable flexibility. Dave's unwavering, cordial smile and his enthusiastic approach were infectious, finally convincing me to throw caution to the winds and buy the bed. A year later, I still look forward to sleeping on it.

Love the idea of having an organic mattress and a Friend referred EB to me.
EB was never pushy on sales and they are dedicated to explain the products clearly and patiently.
The after-sales service is remarkable as well. Thijs the seller followed up with my concern and queries on the mattress professionally and even got the mattress replaced due to a unique circumstance.
Would recommend EUROPEAN BEDDING to people who appreciates Latex mattress!

We are loving our new latex mattress and pillows from European Bedding. We especially liked the way you could choose your own firmness for each side of our king size mattress with no obvious gap in the middle. Great customer service from the sales and delivery team and a very comfortable sleep!

Many thanks to Charlotte from European Bedding for introducing the Heveya mattress to us. After spent the past 2 weeks on our new mattress, we felt it was the best buy ever. The only complaint we have is we are so reluctant to get out of bed in the morning that we might run late for work.
The service we received from Charlotte was excellent. She patiently explained to us what we should look for, and gave us both the time and space to try out the mattress. The delivery team was also very professional, taking the time to explain what we should/should not do to our new mattress.
A big thank you to European Bedding for introducing natural organic latex mattress to us. It's a great buy which you will not regret.

We purchased a Heveya Mattress and Pillow, as well as the EB Contour. The service at the store was impeccable. Choosing a bed is a long-term decision, and we feel we made the right one. Nothing like waking up feeling great from a good nights sleep. We tried many different beds in different shops but were sold on this bed and the buying experience. Nice to have a bed to look forward to at night.

If you are looking for European mattress, I would strongly recommend European Bedding! I bought 1 king, 1 queen and 1 single from them. I like the sales guy , Thijs’ sincere and professionalism, he patiently explained to me the types of latex mattress in the market, he followed up with me on my purchase without pushing me to close the deal. I have evaluated 5 different brands of latex mattress, and decided to go with European mattress after weighing the price, quality and service. I had my mattress delivered in end Dec ‘17. No regret and very happy with my decision.Yeah!............Bee

From the start Thijs and his team provided a stellar customer service experience. From testing the beds, to placing the order, taking delivery and then follow up I cant fault them. The mattress is of high quality and exceptionally comfy, best nights sleep we have had in a long time! Even when I had to make changes to one side of the mattress they were accommodating, and dealt with this speedily. Big shout out to the delivery team who are very efficient and professional, taking great care when moving around and keeping everything clean. Quality product and service! Highly recommend!

Top quality mattress, frame and service!
We tried EB purely based on their rating on google when looking for a new mattress. Needless to say I'm very glad we did as the team were really friendly and helpful throughout the process and we are extremely happy with the new frame and mattress we have. They don't sell cheap, but they do sell quality. With mattresses you very much get what you pay for and the natural latex mattresses are top notch. Super comfortable and breathable. The 100 day trial is also great to help ensure we get the best firmness of mattress for both my wife and I. Even if those are different on each side. I would recommend anyone looking for a great nights sleep to visit EB.
