The service at this kiosk is better than the others,especially the ones along East Coast Rd. At least the pump attendants will approach and great you. Sometimes, they may even offer to wipe your windscreen for you, which is quite rare nowadays. I don't know why this nice gesture is no longer offered to customers.
Companies should understand that it's these nice touches like greeting the customers, offering to wipe the windscreen for them will keep customers. It stands you apart from those companies which don't bother about customer service.

One of their staff was going to light his cigarette here. What in the world. Lodged a complaint against him but they claimed he "didn't light it".

Conveniently located just before Newton flyover, and has AxS + ATM station.
