Horrible Service. Calibration certificate has been months and I have not received as yet and there wasn't any follow up from this vendor. Called in and just a simple reply "dont know dont know" Really what kind of service is this? Worst case was said it was ready and went there 2 times with a colleague just to found out that it was not ready yet and once the time it was ready, it was just sticker and a replied "dont know there is certificate". But the invoice has clearly state the certificate price. Are we to pay without the certs and are the staff not train on what is a "calibration cert?" Really speechless! I would mark NO STARS for this vendor!
