It's spacious. The spread is well organised according to section, like sashimi and cold dishes to dessert to cooked food. Pricing is reasonable given the location and dishes available.

Over rated dinner. Food at best only average. Lack varieties.

It doesn't taste as good as before. And the last time I went was probably 10 years ago. But food is still enjoyable, just not as fabulous as before.

Came to this restaurant as part of an Eatigo discount. Overall quite good, for the discounted price of $34++ (50% off from Eatigo). Would I spend $68++ on it? No. To be fair, it is all you can eat, and Durian purée with it! Yes, the durian purée is delicious - even I like it and I'm a foreigner.
As far as the selection goes, it was pretty good. Assorted sushi and sashimi were available albeit just two sashimi varieties (red tuna and salmon), and four different kinds if Maki rolls. There was however a good selection of seafood, and even a meat carving station.
Overall, I would go back if the discount applies, however, if not, I would probably skip it and go elsewhere. For roughly the same price (without discount) you can go to Carousel which is top!

Was there for high tea but not too please with the hygiene. Saw a baby cockroach on the table which diminish any appetite i had. The waiting staff did offer free sugar cane drink for that 'find'.
Did not make a who-ha over it as it might be an isolated incident. Swissotel is a reputable brand afterall.
But am definitely not going back.

Yes, this buffet is the best in their durian purée! Other than that.... see my photo. To me nothing catches me so five stars for durian purée and the crayfish. Crayfish is always out of stock but luckily chef replenished fast. It is fresh too :)
If course hotel environment is always cozy moreover the cafe has a outdoor dining area but.... Singapore is humid, not really cooling eating outdoor. Worst, nearby smokers enjoy puffing so it is a spoiler. Mosquito to consider as well 😓
‼️Please arrange seat in advance especially if you have elderly or handicap in wheelchair because the cafe has a seat section that has stairs so it is inconvenient.
The seafood not many selection. But... if you live raw salmon, this is a good place to eat.
Price is at high side but our DBS card save up 😁 a little. ❤️ Carpark coupon is almost free 😬, depends how long stay in hotel.
To me, price should be lower because the varieties of seafood is less, even the cooked food seems very normal. Price is that high could be the location.
Hope for better improvement in food choices.
Staffs were tactful and always at the go clearing our done dishes. 👍🏻
Still good to try :)
Thank you to you for giving me 👍🏻

Buffet and location are good.

Limited selection. Seafood tastes bland, almost like it was washed, especially the prawns and sashimi. Foie gras special was thinly cut and served on a hefty peice of brioche. Food is okay. Try the wanton noodles. Kueh Pie Tee is pretty good. For the price of S$68++ for weekend dinner, not recommended.

This buffet restaurant is located in a good area. It is very crowded at 12pm, but thinned down at 1pm. It is advisable to book a day before, to secure your table. You should go early, get your food quickly before others come in and it gets very crowded. The food is very fresh and nice, and they were replenished promptly. Staff were nice, but they were a little understaffed.

Breakfast buffet has good selection and good variety of international choices. However, cannot recommend the dinner buffet. Too much money for the quality of food. Go across to the Quay and get dinner there instead.

Breakfast is bad, not much to choose from, disappointed after reading positive review

Good Buffet selection with their special durian dessert if you are a fan. A bit of renovation going on now at the hotel but it doesn't impact the restaurant.
