Disappointed wif service attitude n charge us at a higher price.
Visited ur store at heartland mall kovan today Ard 3 plus.
My daughter decided to get 2 sets of inari sushi (egg/crab). Aft that while waiting to pay for our sushi, ur staff was so rude. She even saw us but ignore us. We even greeted her for her service.
What a treatment I get FM her. She rather pack her stuffs in her bag, drink her water, untie n tie her hair, took out her aprons kept all e chairs that is in e store! Aft that never mind, we thought we will be served, but she walking Ard as if we weren't there at all. Till I greeted her again n again e fourth time, den she gave me a unsatisfied attitude by keying her cashier. She throw one of the sushi on e table n told us our sushi cost $7.50!!!!!
While e sushi indicated one set $2.50. So 2 set supposed to be only $5.00!!!
Where did w extra charges come from?
I've told her that ur tag put $2.50/set isn't it? She shut me up by saying "OK can I give it to u!!! " what does she mean?
I was so pissed off that I told is OK I Dun wan to buy already wif ur kind of attitude service. She didn't even bother to apologize.
No wonder my frenS n neighbors told me not to get FM there if we are there best to get it FM nex or other outlet.
Is tis e way she treats customers? We are paying for our sushi we are not taking for free.
