I do not have issue with this company doctor.. However i had a very bad experience in Jurong east clinic. It was my first time there in jurong east clinic. 1st. Present my ic to the staff to register. 2nd. The reception staff didn't pass me back my ic and the queue number too, so i was expected she will call my name when the number will be appear, but not! I miss my number and need to wait for my number again..!After seeing the doc and my turn to collect my medicine. I got $50 to pay for the bill however the staff told me that she do not have any small change n expected me to pay by nets. And as i do not bring my nets, i told her i only pay cash. She simply asked me to go out to the shop and change to small notes. I went out to change but again i was to sick to go out. As a patient is this a good service to treat a patient by simply ask them to go out to change money? Y can't she help me out as an extra mile service for her patient? And she simply speak in mandarin that "i am rude". Well i am a malay n of coz i can understand chinese very well. I voice out to her that i am not being rude. Its her job to check her float if she has a change for her next patient. Not simply ask patient to change money. What kind of service is that!??! VERY POOR SERVICE! Never want to go there anymore..!!

Friendly customer service and doctor, queues sometime may be slow.
Doctor key in ur medical issue to system so in future they can help you faster.
Staff to key in ur IC for security purpose and also find your record easier if u come next time to see a doctor.
