I scheduled a last min appointment in the morning and was attended straight away.
Accomodating, personal yet professional. Will keep sending my pets to them.
Opted for additional transportation services and was served by a very friendly Uncle. Reasonable pricing and have a good understanding of respect for your pets. He came back smelling good and handsome! Happy dog Happy owner! Highly recommended to all pet owners!

A savior for me after experiencing an unpleasant 5 star review dog groomer a day before. It allows me to book on a busy Saturday morning after some last min notice a day before, all thanks to the other groomer. Appreciated for them to whatapp me prior to pick up my dog. Transport uncle is friendly. I went over to the shop to spot check since its a first visit. Staff over there are friendly, willing to entertain you even they are busy. Shop is clean and brightly lit. Job done on the dog is good. Although my dog is a short fur dog, significant grooming is observed. Nails are cut. Pee and poo area fur are trim. Ears are clean properly . A satisfy customer. My doggie came home happy. Clearly it has enjoy himself too. Recommend for a fuss free pet groomer with a very reasonable price.

I sent my dog Junior for his first grooming session here after reading the good reviews! The groomer was very patient even though Junior showed aggression when he had to be muzzled. I'm really pleased with their service and Junior seemed pretty comfortable after a while too. Definitely recommend this shop to mongrel owners!

First try on their grooming services(nails clipping, brush teeth and showering) 2 way transport. It was really easy to contact them via WhatsApp. They were also very accommodating to my request. My Mother was also very happy with your service and reminded me the next round of grooming must engage you guys again. Pls keep up the good work :)

I have been sending my corgi Chloe for grooming at Doggylicious for the past year and am always happy when Rachel grooms her.
She comes back smelling and looking great!
Yesterday Rachel even attached a ribbon for Chloe ❤️😍
I like that they provide transportation to pick and send Chloe back 👍 It is super convenient!
Chloe has been to several groomers before and I find that she looks the best with Doggylicious!

My initial review where i gave 3 out of 5 stars: I've no complaints about the grooming, my dog looked fine. However, I had contacted the groomer a week before to book a slot and they only responded about the timing the night before, despite me asking a few times during the week. The shop front was rather untidy and messy, so it gave a very cramped feeling. Do note that if you have a big dog, your dog might be put in a cage in the grooming area before you arrive as mine was.
Edited review: I changed my review from 3-star to 1-star because the groomer contacted me to ask me for suggestions to improve as well as to explain why my dog was housed in a cage before me arriving. Initially I appreciated them reaching out because it means they cared about customer's comments. However, it was distasteful when they asked me to edit my review as they felt 3-star is too "harsh". i do not see why it is harsh when 3 out of 5 means "OK".
Furthermore, their response to my feedback were excuses, which I decided it is pointless to respond.
My advice if you have not visited them before -> if you have a big dog, do not go to them. Or hang around outside for 2-3 hours so that you can take your dog home immediately whereas the smaller dogs get to hang around the shop front.

Alex and Rachel work super hard and care for their clients and their clients fur kids immensely. They will tell you if your pet has signs of potential skin problems and ear infections. They always do their best to accommodate clients and will always take the time to chat with you and answer your questions if you have any. At this day and age when almost anyone can buy a university degree and call themselves doctors.. It is really refreshing to see people who have a true passion and commitment for this thank less job. They have been bitten and scratched by pets that have been traumatized by other salons and break their backs to care for animals that sometimes owners even neglect. Grooming Is a thankless job and Im glad they are my groomers. I would NEVER trust anyone else with my babies.

Simply love their grooming services. My dog look gorgeous and smell nice. I have tried few grooming places which is nearer my house, the charges is much higher and grooming skill is not as good and professional as them. Will recommend Doggylicious studio to my friends.

Very good and always prompt in replies. Even with last minute grooming for the next day also can. My dog always look and smell good when he come back. Also will notify when dog is coming home etc. Very good. Recommended

Called up the shop to get my dogs groomed, the groomer was prompt and efficient. They had a pick-up service as well, which was extremely convenient especially when you do not have time to bring your dogs back and forth from the grooming shop. My dog came home all pretty and smelt wonderful! Will recommend this shop to my friends!

good service and handling of animals. Have been bringing my chihuahua mocha there for the past 6 years and this is the only place that my dog is comfortable at.

Was very please that my mom loved the cut. She usually says that ginger looks like a rat 😂 When she comes back from other grooming places.
Even though they didn't go to my area for transport they made the exception. (The Friendly Uncle driver handled my poodle well, she normally is afraid of strangers) Thanks for going out of the way just for my poodle!
Also the after service SMS of giving me tips on Ginger's allergies, She is much better now and recommending after grooming care! Will recommend my friends there too!

didnt felt that the after service was good, as i sent my dog for transport service and did not meet the groomer. i msg to ask if everything was alright etc which i normally do... who know best but the groomer right.. just in case any infection .. or if he is traumatized etc. ........... But i got NO reply at all. grooming wise, whatever needed is done.

It was my puppy's first grooming, very pleasant and good experience. I was really worried at first but They were able handle puppies with care and safety. My pup looks well fluffed and nicely groomed aft the grooming. Highly recommended to owners who wish for their puppies to go for grooming! :)

This is probably the worst groomer I've encountered. I got there early and there was no one at reception so I hid behind a wall and watched the groomer. My dog looked terrified and there was a lot of yelling at the dogs/knocking on the cages that the dogs were in to stop them from barking. I'll never go back again and if you love your dog, I suggest you think twice about sending your dog to this place. Cheap and convenient sometimes isn't everything.

After trying out a couple of dog grooming centres, I decided to stay with this one due to its good service, reasonable price & location. And of course my dog seemed quite happy with it.

I love the dog grooming service. They provide transport directly to my place and bring my puppy with the cutest haircut which I have not seen before and I recommended this shop to my friends and have the same satisfaction like me. For sure I will use their grooming services again.
