I told the staff to email me and not call me once my laptop is fixed as my phone is sent for servicing. When I reached there after more than 10 days of waiting, she said that she called but couldnt reach me. Then when I reminded her that I told her to drop an email, she treated it like it didn’t happen. As an entrepreneur, time is the most valuable resource for me. The last thing I want is a company who doesn’t respect my time and decided to just make me wait. It’s not that hard to send an email to me ain’t it? If you want to waste your time and be treated as if your time is not important, bring your laptop here to get fixed.
Edited and Update: Steven , the operation manager of the company was very kind to give me a discount after knowing this incident. He even came over to my office to address the issue. I really appreciate this kind gesture from him. So I'll give an update review on the above issue.

What a great service! No doubt a 5 Star. My laptop died and I needed to recover my data pronto. The girl at the counter was super helpful, not only did she recover 100% of my data immediately at no additional charge, she helped me select the best external hard drive for it and got me a discount at the store. Completely recommended and thank you!

William gave me a prompt & helpful service. He helped me to diagnose and resolve the BIOS issues on my laptop and got back to me in two hours. There was no charge in this professional service. The least I can do is leave a good review. Thanks.

I asked for a free consultation / diagnosis and booked an appointment. I already know what I need service for, and just asked for advice and quote. The lady at Bugis store was very unfriendly. Basically I need to leave my device for 7-10 business days for them to run a full test before they can do anything for me. They refused to help me even if I offer to pay and order the hard disk cable that I need change with. They insist I have to leave the device to test first, before they can help me at all. They don’t Offer any same day consultation even for a few. I think it’s a scam! They will take your device messed with it, and charge you whatever they want to “fix” it for you. I wasted time and effort to bring my laptop there. Don’t waste yours to be treated very unfriendly with no help they are willing to offer.

I am very satisfied with the iPhone glass replacement service at IT SHOW. Initially I was skeptical about the fact that the glass replacement only cost $29 for iPhone 5 but turn out to be true. Good service provided by the staff and managed to get back my phone within a day! Highly recommended to come to this IT show for their repairing services.
