Average shopping complex but awesome gadget spot. Impressive array of tech shop selling all kinds of gadget. Think of it as Johorean Lowyat & you'll get the idea. Facilities are quite hard to locate (especially the surau) but decent enough. The top most level has bowling arena which is decent.

If you are looking for electronic devices likes computer, printer, usb or charging cable, camera, handphone, and so on, than this is the right place. You can easily survey which one is the cheapest shop because its near to each other. Most shop lots in this mall is closed and the food court is quite and krik krik.

Place running down. Most of retailers shut down the business. U can see retailers doing clearance/moving sale. The lift also a problem. Inconvenience to access but the parking fee is reasonable. Bowling center feel like haunted 🎃

Since the UO Supermarket werr closed, this place became more gloomy. The only thing to do here is all about the tech section. You can find everything needed for your tech satisfaction. Phones, laptop, cameras, bluetooth thingy, everything is here. Gloomy is the only thing that's kinda let down.

I were once there. I liked the place sooo much. very very beautiful place. natural scene, shipping mall, wash eyes places are so nice.
I went there with my friends. 4 people. this is very good place to take a selfie. group picture anything. good place for couple also. they can spend a good and relaxed time there. the nature, the beauty, motion, emotion everything will make your feeling great. if you are after break up, you can spend your some time ther for your mind freshness.

Very run down. Escalators usually not fully functional. Only the IT shops and SSF in there worth going to. Most shop lots unoccupied. Usually ample parking unless there's an event at the attached convention hall.

It's a good place for doing laptop services and can buy new laptops too.. Many laptop service centers, mobile stalls and shops.. Food court..
Massage center are located under one roof.. Furniture store and saloons are also located..during festive seasons program events will be conducted..
Ustore is temporarily closed don't know the reason.. Might be renovating..

Look deserted and old. No upgrading. Most lift or escalator not in operation.
Better don't use due to safety reason. Best don't even go there.

Not much IT shop operating here. But still better than Skudai Parade. Not much crowd. Parking fee applied.

Terrible mall. Not accessible and the shops here are unattractive. Only place worth seeing is the furniture store. Huge and a lot or variety.

This mall needs maintenance especially with restrooms and escalators but the shops and shop keepers are top notch. I love KS tattoo shop!!

Very good place to shop for IT stuffs. A lot of competition and brands to choose from price and service quality wise.
I would avoid the smaller, dodgy looks, kind of shops. Because often time they don't know much about the products they are selling. Where as an informative buyers like me who did research before buying, I just want some clarification and suggestion rather than reading what is written on the box.
Mall's enmities wise, it is pretty bad. The toilets are old, smelly, and some are super dirty. The elevators sometime doesn't work, and even when it does, often time it's like it might fall or stops half way through.

Got plenty of places for IT stuffs, but the maintenance there sucks so bad. None of the escalators were moving, climbing the escalators hurts my mum's old knees.

Getting IT gadget here is never been easier. Kopitiam has a good food that I could always return to enjoy. Facilities such as toilets, lifts and escalators need to have improvements though.

The mall is deserted by most shops owners. But still a great place) ace for It, computers and cell phones shops. Still best in JB for that only.

Nice place if you're going to purchase laptops and other IT accessories. Got plenty of option from different brands and they also have a lot of promotions. Sadly, the mall will only be in business from 9AM to 9PM so you better be hurry if you want to take a good look of all the shops. There are also shops that sell second hand laptop, pc and other parts. In a nutshell its a one stop centre for tech geeks.

Great choice of computer shop (mall specialities), not crowded, food stall @ restaurants is limited, parking is ok.

Excellent place for shopping. A lot of people coming here for shopping from Singapore. Because it's very near Singapore border.

Very run down. Escalators and lifts not working. Air conditioner not working. Lights not working. Mostly empty shops. Was like a ghost town. Very sad place. Was a shame to see.

It is a bit rundown. Computer shops are plenty but the other shops are not doing well. Some lifts dont work. Some escalators also dont work or put off. Toilets are located at one end of the building. They are not well maintain. Most are squating type. Hardly any sitting type. OU superstore is closed. The shortcut thro' this shop from the open air carpark outside is no more. You have a long walk to the main entrance or climb a steep staircase to the first floor. Poor first impression.

For PC or accessories and smartphone place, lot of comparison shop, beside that, also have MR DIY, watches shop, this mall only had 1 and only ATM withdrawal machine, go danga must bring cash if u dun use credit card.

The place is very nice. Not too crowded. It's a heaven for computer lovers and telecommunication gadgets. So many shops that you can choose from. It also has a bowling alley on the top most floor. The lanes are still smooth and a very good place for a family outing.

A very great place to get your new gadgets. Enjoy great savings here. There are also smartphone repair services. Custom built pc also can be done here. The must go for anything related to technology.

Its a lowyat for JB besides Holiday Plaza. Place may look a little run down from the outside but the interior isn't looking that shady as Holiday Plaza.

Best place in JB to get a wide selection of IT products. There's a good food court too. And not forgetting Sedap Corner restaurant.
