The service is good and walking distance to nagoya hill shopping centre. The hotel is decent but walking to nagoya is kinda rocky as the roads are not that smooth

Once i eat at the restaurant the female waitress not very welcome to me and my family.. When the room feels hot because the aircon is off.. My husband ask to turn on the aircon but thats female waitress very impolite and not so welcome.. The face not showing the smiling face but show the objection face

Have stayed at several resorts here in Batam and this is my first time staying in a hotel here. Very happy with the choice! Near Nagoya Hill and Batam City Square, and right next to a group of restaurants that comes alive at night, which has excellent food, including martabak manis at Martabak 818. Wish we had bought more martabak to bring home before we left, it was so good. Rooms are clean and have all the basic amenities. For the price and location, the breakfast spread is quite good and changes every day. Service was excellent. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

doesn't have a proper minibar to refrigerate and chill drinks as it is a wine cooler instead and doesn't help much in chilling drinks.

2 of us girls stayed for 1 night and upon check in was slow and couldn't understand their English. Once check in done, proceed to our room, 15 mins later there was someone who open our room door and it was double check in by the front desk. The guy who open the door apologized and went down. Spoke to the manager, he said it's their 1st first and there was a system error, sorry...that's all. I requested for a upgrade and manager sent a bell boy over to show the other room which we moved in immediately. Wondering what kind of manager is he and did not convince us in any way until we need to ask for a upgrade. Extremely poor customer service, any double check in done in Singapore, you're dead and it's big issue. No safety and privacy, what if we girls were changing in the room or something. Is the manager going to just say SORRY! Damn... 2 pax staying but only 1 glass at the pantry and was super dirty inside, black stains and was not washed properly. Only 2 pillows were given and we requested 2 more but gave us only 1 and requested 1 more again. Requested ice cubes and was told that it will be Rp20,000 which i cancelled my order. By right, they have no rights to charge me for what they have done. Really stupid mentality they have.
Next day breakfast was not too bad but the food wasn't hot, all the food was cold except for the soup. Even the coffee was not hot and told the waitress to change mine and my friend's coffee 3 times.
This hotel does not know the meaning of hospitality and do no know the seriousness of a guest staying. The manager took it very slightly and was not bothered to come over to the room to apologize, super poor service and i will not recommend anyone to this hotel.

King Bedroom was so nice. Big, neat & tidy. Breakfast is like a king too. Overall we love it!

Clean Rooms. Nice features. Good location. Walking distance for foods, minimart and also near to Nagoya Mall. But, downside on asking for clothes iron thou.. waited till the next day and also no iron board.. other that all, its good :)

Very good service, hotel staffs were kind and helpful. Nice room, good bed and smooth linen. Hot water pot and mini fridge were fully function. Bathroom with hot water and toilet seat with self wash. Bathroom amenities are there although not complete (no hair comb and shaver). Breakfast are complete, western and Asian cuisine are served there in their restaurant.
Will be back there when in Batam.

Quiet weekday stay away from the weekend rush, so our rooms were available for us though we were several hours early, though it was during the holiday period. Da Vienna is located just a 5-10 minute stroll from Nagoya Hill Mall, very convenient for your typical Batam activities. The hotel also had taxis ready on standby to take you anywhere you want. Breakfast was good, with decent variety (though the omelettes were just okay). The staff was helpful and friendly, and checkout was a quick, painless affair.

Plus points: Close to Nagoya Hill shopping mall and if you're a daring traveler who wishes to walk there, you can do so. it's a 7-10 mins walk away.
Though was upgraded from a junior suite to a superior suite, we decided to get a smoking room. when we open the room, the room was bursting with cigarette scent that was making my eyes tear. we then realize that this is a smoking floor. So all the ventilation probably was linked together.
One of the TV remotes was spoiled, the bedroom sink didn't have a water stopper, bathtub was stained, the shower drain wasn't working (it flood every-time we showered), the wardrobe door was opening by itself (the screw was loose) and there was no mini fridge, there was only a food cooler (it is only meant to keep food fresh *not cold*). When we called for a bucket of ice so that we can cool our drinks, they charged us 20,000 IDR.
Overall, I would not go back again just because of the cleanliness we experienced in the room we had.

Comfort room, very recommended.. Room game gonna be selfie corner too and be a wifi corner and food corner.. Service so satisfied.. I think i'm want more day to stay again 😄

10 mins away from Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal. Amenities around the hotel. A live band bar just right beside it.

Hot water doesn't work really well. Doesn't have lot of variety for breakfast menu.
But it is really close to the shopping center

Decent hotel. I did not like the breakfast, though there was a decent spread. The room was cosy, but the bathroom flooded when I used the shower. I had to keep kicking the water to stop the shower room from flooding. The hotel is nicely located near the Nagoya shopping mall which was the reason I chose this place. It is about a 10 minutes walk to the mall. They have a gym and yoga room as well, they are not very well maintained. They have pay and use playstation facilities, which looks quite interesting though I never used. The hotel also provides taxi services to different locations. They have fixed prices.
The best thing about this hotel is the SPA. The vienna spa is of excellent quality and the place itself takes us into a therapeutic state. The masseuse are very kind and patient. My wife enjoyed the hair spa and massage combo.

Location of the hotel is pretty ideal (walking distance to Nagoya Shopping Mall), staff are generally helpful and room service is pretty good.

close to shopping Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Walking distance to local food coffee shop. Friendly and accommodating hotel staff. Only the hotel too close to the other building in between rather no privacy if curtain is drawn for sunlight

One of the better hotels in Batam. Located just a 10min walk away from Nagoya Hill Mall. Professional security team ensuring safety, clean rooms, room service, friendly and patient staff. The restaurant buffet choice was somewhat lacking though. Other than that, totally enjoyed my stay. 10/10 will be back if I ever return to Nagoya Hill area

Lovely hotel with good breakfast, worth the value and best recommended with nearby eateries and Nagoya Mall is ten minutes walk away. I even took their spa package which was great. One of the best spa sessions I had for just Rp 345,000 (S$35~S$37)

Nice and clean hotel. Staff are friendly and speak English. We booked 3 big rooms and ine of the room air conditioning was not working well and my friend requested to change. They only offer them a smaller room instead. Then they refund the room difference rate but it is not happening.

New boutique style hotel. Location is a little far from Nagoya plaza ( 10 minute walk). Rooms are nice, and staff were friendly

Good location, good service and room. We stayed for 2 nights and I liked the location since it was close to a huge clothes departmental store as well as a Ikan Bakar stall ( bbq fish) which is at the left side of the hotel.

Simple, clean and friendly.
The first thing that I will do everytime I check-in into a hotel is to make sure that the bathroom is clean with good running hot & cold water and the room smells pleasant. The rest i.e A/C, the bed, carpeting and room set-up etc.

Nice breakfast, alot of food choice. Clean & nice place. Walking distance to Nagoya Mall abt 8 to 10min. Just across the hotel SEDERHANA CAFE(Nasi Padang) go food for lunch, clean & air-con.....

Very good , buffet with various choice of selection. Totally above standard three star hotel range of food thumb up to the team here and keep it on. Sure will back here again during my next trip. Accessible to everywhere nearby with minimum taxi fare of sgd 5 per trip, taxi can be convenient to find outside hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and make you feel like at home. Right choice for me after reading comments from TripAdvisor and of course no regret to make my booking here!

Hi I planned for a company retreat and before I confirmed the booking I went to your website to ensure there is a swimming pool. However to my big disappointment, your hotel did not have a swimming. Please look at your website and it showed there is a swimming pool. My staffs love to swim and we actually plan for some pool games. This is the most set back for the part of the retreat.
The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. Always greet us. Make us feel at home and enjoy the lounge service too. We had a great time with the band was entertaining. Invited us to sing along. Counter staffs at the front desk was not too helpful and not friendly. Gave the sulky face. Maybe under staff during check in peak time. The counter staff from the lounge was commendable when we asked for jug and bowl for our games. She is very friendly. Spa is nice and the masseuse knows conducted her skill well. I was very confortable and refreshing after the massage. Highly recommended to try this Spa.
Please take down the picture with the swimming pool from your website. It was very serious as I was questioned by my bosses why my planning was bad.

Newly built hotel, tiptop cleanliness. Strategic location about 5-10mins walk to Nagoya hill mall. Foodstalls available nearby hotel. Wide breakfast spread. Spa caters to both adult and kid, so kiddy could indulge in fruity bubble bath too. Worth every penny spent. A recommended boutique hotel to stay.

if you are checking in on the weekend including sunday, be prepare to wait for your room past 2pm. It is understood that most hotel are fully booked on friday and saturday.
Hotel is nice and value for money except I paid for an additional 15 y.o kid that cost 56% more for 2 nights stay. It means for 2 nights, would have cost me 880k rupiah instead but for an additional kid, it cost me 1.38mil rupiah.
The service were friendly and staff are well trained based on hotel standards. Location is very near Nagoya and we used to walk to Nagoya hills shopping area. Room is clean and nice, without bath tub.
I would recommend anyone on this budget to try it out.

I was there with family for 2 days..the hotel really clean,well appointed and comfortable..very friendly & helpfull staff..will recommend friends..
