Ordered an Eggs Ben.
Eggs were perfectly cooked
Ambiance is nice
Portion seems small and tastes underwhelming.
Eggs, ham and bread wasn't tasty at all.
Salad was pretty tasteless with what little dressing there was.
Will not order this again. May not return

Came here for a breakfast on a Sunday morning. Not too packed. Food was mediocre at best.
Eggs Royale - very mediocre. Chef’s should consider the logistics of eating the dishes they serve. In this case the eggs were put on top of an oddly shaped piece of bread and so the eggs just plopped off at the first touch, laving my plate flooded with egg yolk. The eggs themselves were rather bland, nothing more disappointing in a pale, runny yolk. The salmon was very good, however.
Scrambled eggs - these were the lazy kind. Not entirely an omlette, not entirely scrambled. Sort of an in between. Largely flavorless with two tiny pieces of bread.
The dark chocolate shake was very good, the coffee was weak and the scone was passable.
Wouldn’t want to come back for breakfast, at least.

wished they had some sides on sale (protein) like wings or ribs?
Was looking for that but didn’t manage to find any.
Pasta were cooked al-dente and tasty! Even thou it was vegetarian, nice 👍🏽

Great tasting health food choices for the fitness fanatic in you, and a very nice selection of pasta and desserts for the rest of us. Coffee is decent, but a bit on the mild side. Also an impressive selection of imported candies like marzipan bunnies and chocolate eggs - worth a look for the curious. Overall a little on the pricey side, with the bill at around SGD 50-60 for a nice meal for 2.

Nice place for a weekend brunch. While the tables can be filled, it is not as crowded that you needed to speak louder in order to maintain a conversation. This would be better in comparison to Baker & Cook just behind, at Chip Bee Gardens.
The range of food is the same as other outlets, and the staff is relatively friendly.

Good looking shop
Wish the cleanliness on the table can be more “clean”
Basic cleaning is a must

Not crowded at all on Sunday evening. Service is good. Ambience nice and relaxed. The spinach lasagne is really good, but would have liked a tad more cheese in it. Pizza was delicious too

The lasagne was creamy and well seasoned. However the tomatoes on the bruschetta were ice cold and the carbonara could have a more creamy sauce. Cosy and quiet place. The service was good with attentive and friendly staff. Prices and portions are reasonable.

Love it here, little to no student occupying tables for real customers

Good pastry (almonds croissants), reasonable coffee, quiet residential area, simple food, limited outdoors seating available.

The food is nice, but on the higher end of the price range

Love the great service here though a little steep the quality of the food is good. Not that packed usually so it is a great way to lounge around.

Great place for a coffee break and dinner take-outs accompanied by good service.

Favorite "quiet spot" with good breakfast options. Relaxed atmosphere, incredibly pleasant staff members and wholesome foods make this one of my favorite cafés in Holland Village.

The sandwiches are really good at this franchise. Go for small as the portion is more than sufficient. And it let's you have some empty space in your stomach for Tiramisu as dessert!

It's a good local spot for breakfast (nice pastries) and less crowded than Baker and Cook up the road. Also serves food all day.

Pricey

Nice place for a coffee and snack but not really a working cafe since there is no wifi. They have a nice selection of pre-made Italian food as well.
Andrew G (06/08/2015 10:37)
Meh. They're really trying to do the casual gourmet thing, but it isn't working. Really nothing I've eaten there stands out at all.

Get off the main streets of Holland Village and enjoy this quiet spot. A great Saturday/ Sunday morning spot to relax outside with a nice coffee and snack. They have a nice variety of baked goods for breakfast, and lunch time offerings as well.
Rachael Wheeler (27/03/2015 01:19)
Not much of a dinner spot, as pretty much everything is a ready meal, but at least I've finally found a place where I can pick up flavoursome microwave meals. Not sure what I'd do without their lasagne.
