Great disappointment. Very poor job of dental works even after pricey payment. Simple dental fillings ends up with whole row of painful teeth and bruised lips.very very lousy job

I have a missing molar since young age and the adjacent teeth have shifted over time due to the gap. I have decided to find a dentist for solutions. As I have dental fear due to past bad experiences so it was a big decision for me.
My first step was to search online for a dental clinic and was struck by DP Dental. The technology, the clinic environment and most importantly I can “feel” the gentleness, care and sincerity through the team photo – this factor is of the utmost importance for someone with dental fear.
After the first visit in 2012, I was relieved and glad I found the right clinic. The staff are friendly and professional. After the X-ray and my first digital dental photography session (a Wow moment), Dr. Jolene Lau discussed with me and explained in details about the treatment options.
I first went through the Invisalign treatment to adjust my teeth position and close the gap before implant treatment. The aligner is invisible and removable so it is convenience and has very little interference on my daily life. As I was working oversea, the flexible and occasional progress review worked well for me.
The whole Invisalign treatment was pleasant. However, when I was finally scheduled for the implant surgery with Dr. Aidan Yeo, it triggered my fear. I was so nervous I wrote to Dr. Jolene Lau and she responded immediately. She patiently comforted me by explaining the procedures and reassured I am in a good hand. She was right! I was amazed by Dr. Aidan Yeo’s excellence and expertise. His patience in explaining the procedure to me (before, during and after) have helped ease my anxiety. I didn’t experience any discomfort throughout the surgery and recovery. No pain, no bleeding, no swollen. Yup, I have wasted all the energy worrying about nothing!
I have been a loyal customer of DP Dental for 5 years now. What I “felt” through the team photo is a true reflection of the team – professional, caring and friendly. I am grateful to have chosen DP Dental and met Dr. Jolene Lau who have made my dental health journey so much more pleasant.

DP Dental is the best dental clinic that I have ever experienced in my lifetime. Very professional and polite staff . Treatment is conducted with minimal or no pain and the dentist always care to explain the procedures. They have the latest equipment for treatment of all sorts, albeit a bit expensive ... its premium class in dentistry and worth it. Congratulations, Dr.Yue ..for putting a 'BMW' in my mouth. I love to eat more than drive and cannot imagine myself "boh-geh" when old.

I am someone who is super afraid of pain even with needle pricked for blood test. Forever afraid of entering dental, my friend recommended me DP Dental that it's not painful and very good. So, today I went through cleansing and deep scaling, I had some numbness made. It was overall not painful as heard and the experience is awesome. I was so afraid of the drilling sound, that I requested to put on earpiece with music, it was allowed and made me feel very comfortable and not as afraid. Great service and good patience by Dr Lo (or Dr Loh, sorry I forgot the actual spelling). Thank you staff. =)

Very professional setup and from the time I called to make an appointment to scheduling for the next, was very thorough and sincere.
Dentist and staff are very forthcoming and professional. Already plan to return for follow up.

The orthotic device, customized based on individual and to be worn on the lower teeth, by Dr Yue is extremely good! I had neck aches almost everyday in the past. After wearing the device for a few weeks every night, my neck aches gradually got better and eventually stopped. Dr Yue explained to me thoroughly about how the device works. For example, by wearing the device, it protects my teeth from grinding each other, something I didn't know that I've been doing it until few months later when i went back for an adjustment, he used my device to explain how I've been grinding my teeth every night.
I would recommend to those who have bad neck aches to make an appointment with Dr Yue, and allow him to explain to you the benefits of wearing this orthotic device.

Dr Yue provided very detailed and thorough explanation on the condition of my teeth and offered practical options that are more suitable to my situation. The treatment session was much more pleasant than I expected. And I am really pleased the Scaling & Prophylaxis with Oral Health Therapist, faye. I have a fear of dentist since young, but she was so gentle and assuring that it got rid of my fear of dentist!

My child has been having post nasal drip for years. It took many visits to different ENT specialists to realize her adenoids were swollen. The doctors only treated the symptoms, giving nose sprays. It took a fortunate visit to DP Dental, seen by Dr Yue, to realize that the root cause of the post nasal drips, thus the adenoid swelling, could most likely caused by mouth breathing! Bad posture is also related to mouth breathing, i was told; because the body involuntarily shifts to get more air into the lungs. Now it all made sense to me. I had been correcting my child’s bad posture, thinking it was due to bad habits. After knowing the root cause of the problems, to my relief, he also has solutions. We are going for the appliance to push my child’s teeth gradually outward to make space for her tongue to rest, so that nose breathing would be more naturally possible.
The level of care I received was also a great difference to me. I have quite a bad gum infection and was asked by other dental specialists choose between the devil and the deep blue sea. After having received half baked answers to my queries, I realized that they do not really know what their work. I decided to go with my child to this clinic to get a second opinion. Again, I was seen by Dr Yue. He suggested Laser disinfection and other possible treatment options. Then I realized then that other clinics were constrained by limited technology and equipment. But DP Dental is able to offer better oral care and treatment because it has taken the proactive step to harness modern equipment and recent developments in dental practices.
I must say that the level of care and service here is above other dental clinics and chains. They take proper record our dental condition, via photographs and comprehensive x-rays. The value of proper documentation proved very helpful when we looked back to trace developmental growth of my child’s teeth and the emergence of tooth problems. I appreciate that this clinic takes the proactive approach to dental care, systematically track oral health and to rectify problems before they get worse.
This place is highly recommended if you wish to place your family’s health in the hands of friendly, professional and knowledgeable dentists.
