Waiting time is close to an hour on a weekday at 2pm. Counter is incredibly short staffed so be prepared to waste your time here

There customer service is totally depends on person.

Having a bad experience at DBS Westgate branch.
At the reception, there is nobody to assist you on the Q-number machine. Moreover, the user interface of the Q-number machine is complicated. Created a Long queue over there.
The staff working on “atm card and other services” are very slow and ever skip my queue number.
The staff working on “investment and insurance” asked me to come to his cubicle after my personal details was updated. When I went over there, he went out and don’t know go where. Waste my time to wait for him.
Overall, the queueing system is bad and the customer service has to improved.

Usually there's a long queue to access the atm machines.

very slow service... pathetic. was turned down 3 times due to long queue. opening 1 account takes more than an hour for them.Hopeless...

Not very flexible though not much queue in the bank!
Not very helpful teller! 😡
Staff enjoys small talk with male customer.
Should look into the speed of processing.
