The default bank for Singaporeans. Name other banks with better queue management and friendlier service (POSB is part of the DBS Group too). Low interest rates on savings though. With SMS banking queues are not as atrocious as before and we can plan time properly.

14/nov I’m been waiting nearly hour my queue no,and only 3 people in front of me only,I think this branch only care for normal other service no and not care for business no.
