Ridiculous! I am pretty sure the branch can only handle 10 customers per day! I waited 1.5 hours for the 4 people in queue (at least 1 not showing up) and the process took near to 2 hours so more than 3 hours of…!!!!… What a waste of time! Worst banking experience I have ever had. SMS queue thing is useless… You have to wait 10 minutes for the guy who sent an SMS but won’t be able to show up… At least put a cancel option for people who won’t be able to make it. (Btw the number is 8318 4339 at least send a “Q” text so that you don’t have to hear them say “Sorry we already have 12 people lined up it will take at least 5 hours for us the “serve” you please go to our other branch”. If you are a foreigner and don’t have a phone don’t bother go to Citibank or HSBC which is located near by…) Staff very rude and grumpy. Very inefficient system. I hope I don’t have to go there again. Don’t let the fancy interior design modern look fool you.

Horrible waiting times! Make sure you bring time cause its normally to wait up to 2-3 hours!! To little stuff,for to much customers! Absolutely ridiculous and complicated digital system! Never saw that in Europe! Making a bank transfer is similar to finding the davinci code! no one has time and effort for that!

I have never experienced such great customer Service at a bank or services organisation like this before! Filzah greeted me as I walked in and what I have been told is a very complicated process (setting up a new account as a foreigner moving to Singapore) became a breeze. She told me all the documents I needed and even went inside to double check. After getting the documents I returned to have my slot held and straight to Chee Man who spent more than 45 minutes (after closing) setting up my account, producing a card and even helping me setup the DBS app! Wow! Other organisations need to take note of how to provide and exceptional CX! All my banking will be with DBS based on this moving forward.

Extremely slow and inefficient as compared to other branches. A simple collection of cashiers order takes ages.

Fancy looking but standing staff not efficient. Changed money to small notes at this outlet over 10 times and every time, I'll ask the staff to give me a number, they refused to and pointed to use 3 machines one by one to check if there are notes there. Always not enough notes in the machines and I have to prove to these stupid staffs that there is not enough in all machines before they bother to give a number. Simple instruction to give a number, but need to waste my time. I usually don't write bad reviews, but this too many times this has happened.

This branch tries to be innovative but is extremely inefficient with ridiculous wait times (over 2 hours).

Service was good, I mean, a standard of banks at DBS level. However it's very slow, so queue spans for about 15-30 mins.
