Horrible experience. One of your staff saw me pondering at the Q-ticket machine printer. She came forward and asked me what was my enquiries. I told her I'm applying for tuition fee loan and she told me to get the service with loan in it (Q number 7000+). Saw the machine that there was 0 people in Q, but I waited for about 30 mins. And finally when my Q number was called, I went to the room and the staff rejected me saying that I've took the wrong Q number. Told your staff that it was your another staff that misleaded me and he simply ignored me and ask me to take another queue number. In the end I have to take another queue number and wasted in total 2 hrs of my life queueing.

Rude staff _ Dian Nur (if I remember spell her name correctly) in Level 3 branch
Using the phone Q system service yesterday morning 11am. Enter quickly to this branch the moment when I received the reminder sms that is my turn. As 0 waiting customer there, approach to this staff counter and speak friendly and apologised to her that I have missed my turn. She speaks with no face expression: ‘please take a new queue number’. I told her okay and approach quickly to the Q machine for a new number.
Guess what, after I sit down and wait for my turn, she pressed the number and is my new number for her provide the counter service. Completely unbelievable what she is trying to do when there is ZERO waiting customer. If she is the friendly and helpful staff, why she wants to do this to her customers? Hello Branch Manager, please check the staffs service quality regularly on how your customers over the counter were treated. Why keeping staff that is not kind and working happily but putting a signage in the service counter and asking customers to be kind to your staffs? Completely disappointed.

Incompetent staff and lousy customer service. First reply out of their staff mouth when I said wanted to enquire on opening an account was, "Everything is actually on the internet." Whether or not the information is obvious and available, staff are paid to serve the customer not the internet. Appalled and will definitely not return again.

I have never seen a bank with this Low level of staffing ability. I gave up after 1 hour of waiting.
I swear I am never going to this branch anymore.

Waiting in a never ending queue has been a fantastic experience, not just today but also last Saturday. If im lucky next Saturday also.
The ticketing system here is horrendous.

The staff is incompetent and rude.They do not have english conversational skills.The ticketing system is below par.I would not recommend this branch.

DBS bank branch in Ang Mo Kio. Provide good service but only thing is that it will take some time.
