It's a nice getaway from the city, love the cost comfortable rooms. Many location around the area to explore like the birthday museum, forest mash and pet cafes! Rooms are clean and well provided other than some maintenance like the hair dryer needed to be maintained. Wifi not very stable and not working for the two days am there. But best to go for a escape from all the busy life so who cares the wifi. BBQ pit is for booking at a additional cost of $70, which is a bit over price due to insufficient items provided. Would be great if you bring your own portable griller instead as the villas all have big space at the porch. Great place overall to enjoy with family & friends!

Decent place. Do not have very high expectations. Food is average. Rooms are very basic with no

Just don't understand...price..$ spent..worth it? with that kinda of spending...honestly..by topping up another 100..u will be in Batam cheap resort and a driver to drive u around to have great foods and even to view nature... SG here? *UPGRADE NATURE to their OWN POCKET NATURE?*

I booked the executive villa which has steamer and jacuzzi. We loved the toilet. The room is spacious with a sofa bed and has a little balcony. The downside is has no cable only local channels and wifi is very bad. If you have kids better have mosquito patches. At night you can hear the karaoke and music from the restaurant/bar beside the place. Hardly have any other food outlet around so everytime have to travel several kilometres to eat. Breakfast is either plate of bread with scrambled eggs or another plate of something which I cannot remember. Not bad if not expecting much but just a staycation away from town area

We booked the superior room and it was way too small to be called a villa. We then had to move to a Executive room which was way overpriced

The wifi was not working in the room, the bed side table came off the wall when we tried to open it. The food options are really limited. Also the food outlets service left a lot to be desired

The saving grace is the staff at the main office who are very good. Also the swiftlet museum and farm tour (by Kathy Chua) were great

Donot think we will go back and will spread the word to others to not go there

Best Regards

AA

Location is not accessible without transport. Not too sure if there is a shuttle bus service. Good laid back atmosphere for those who want to be away from the bustling city.

Some villas are pretty nice but few of them needs major refurbishment. Well guarded place with cctv and protected gates. Customer service is okay but can be improved

Valerie Pang (02/03/2018 23:56)
Not very accessible but a good place away from urbanisation. Staff were friendly. Standard room small but rustic theme is visible with outdoor shower. Superior and premier villa have more modern theme with premier having both sauna and jacuzzi.

The rooms were nice and clean. I love the location as it is away from everything. Very secluded and quite. Nobody disturbs you. But what i love the most is that the toilet is extremely huge. Probably bigger than the room itself. It is an open roof toilet, it has a sauna and jacuzzi too. I love it!

Shares the same abbreviation for Sentosa Island: So Expensive and Nothing To See Also. But the villas there are very cool. All villas also have driveways for families who own cars. Exciting activities like fishing (nearby) await the young ones. Popular place for weddings (for this, I recommend the Family Villa). Good for those who are willing to fork out some cash to stay in the countryside for a day or two. But make your booking early, all villas are usually snapped up for the weekend.

I went there just for lunch recently. I was there around a year ago too. It was great because I can farm hop. There are a few interesting farms like veggie farm, frog farm, and dairy farm. It's definitely a good and fun outdoor learning experience for the kids, but be sure to bring along lots of water and mosquito repellent!

What can you expect from a farm?
Didn't you have ants at your house? Not to mentioned you are now surrounded by tree's that are within reach....

I will give 98 over 100 for my stay.
The environment was what i want and expect, green, nature, fresh air.
Room size was just nice though i wouldn't mind it goes a little bigger :)
Access to resort check in is unique.
Individual car park where you park directly in front of your unit (within your own compound).
Open concept showers....:)

... ok now the 2 over 100 goes to
- early check in will be much appreciated, as don't expect others to drag bags of luggage to walk around
- trier pricing will encourage us to stay longer or revisit

Good getaway within reach :)

Rooms were smaller than expected and there seems to be a lack of lighting on the outside of the villa. Transportation is also an issue as there isn't many public transport available in the area. Nonetheless, facilities were great and room ambience is above average. Moreover, there are many surrounding facilities allow guests to enjoy them during their stay.

I visited Ulu Ulu Pet Cafe for brunch with my pet dog. They serve nice snacks and meals, and is a nice place to chill where doggies are allowed. They have a cool pet pool for dogs to swim in too. I also attended a collaborative event held by them and Snout & Muzzle that showcases pet amenities and provided dinner. Overall experience is great. D'Kranji farm is hard to get to if without a car, and it has room to improve in the cleanliness of their public restrooms.

It's quite secluded, quiet, and dim. Should drive instead of taking taxi or provided transport to that place. Be prepared for mosquitoes. Coffeeshop styled toilets, which some people may not accept for a place like resort. Other than that, it's a good place to relax in Forest styled resort, away from the city.

Jeshrei (20/08/2017 15:33)
It is fairly out of the way, the shuttle bus costs 3 dollars per trip and it needs to come more frequently.

Bryan Lim (15/08/2017 15:01)
Rustic but pretty out of the place.. you will really need some mode of transport to get here :)

Vincent Cheng (15/08/2017 14:09)
The place is as nature as possible, and give us a break from the busy concrete city. Would be better if more choice of dining n entertainment is available there. But will need to balance well, and not to turn it to another theme park, and lost the natural touch

Brian Liew (13/08/2017 09:03)
Farm tour was great with friendly n knowledgeable guide. Owner was also very helpful with educating my little one.

Girisha De Silva (02/07/2017 08:04)
Excellent place to relax. Out of the hustle and bustle of the city :) bit harder to reach with public transportation. Rooms were cozy!!!

John Ang (03/06/2017 16:36)
Great weekend location to appreciate nature. Always has some events going on

Justin Wong (18/04/2017 02:08)
A good place to escape from busy city life to a more nature surrounding. Wake up in the morning with birds singing. For those birds watcher, Kranji Marshes is just beside. The villa amenities are ok but some furniture seems dated. There is nothing much to do in the resort itself. Need to visit nearby farms for an interesting outing.

choo alene (28/03/2017 03:17)
The receptionist at the drive in was either unfriendly or too blur. The car porch light and balcony light was not working, experienced power trip the moment we checked in. The toilet was sandy and the TV channels reception was horrible, can barely watch anything. There was no variety selection for breakfast. :(

Alastair Tan (21/02/2017 03:48)
Not easily accessible even with a car. Accommodation isn't that great, some of the furniture were dirty as if they weren't cleaned at all. Not worth the price as there are better villas out there that offer better services.

Prakhar Birla (16/02/2017 02:43)
Great place to getaway from the busy city life of Singapore. Lot of tiny farms, also some big ones using Israeli and South African technologies. The bar and food is a bit overpriced, but that's expected. Transportation is not ample but has good connectivity from the Kranji MRT station.

Jim Faherty (30/01/2017 04:15)
For those wishing to escape the endless concrete sprawl, D'Kranji Farm Resort makes for a nice getaway if you can't be bothered to leave Singapore.
It's off the beaten track so you'll need to drive or take a taxi to reach the resort (no buses pass by).
We stayed in a standard villa over CNY 2017; 2 adults and one infant (5 months old). The room itself is cosy and well-equipped. The bathroom has a 'garden wall' which is a lovely touch (see photo). However the towels were threadbare and had a few holes in (see photo).
There's a fridge, kettle, phone and television in the room, but our television kept turning itself off every 5 minutes, or would switch off and back on if you wanted to change channel. Just a few minor annoyances.
Check in was fast and quite low-key as you just pick up your room key from the guard station. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
I'd definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for a tranquil green getaway with lots to do nearby. Be aware that many attractions and restaurants are closed over the CNY break however.

De' Beer Seafood
Food at very high side. Food taste above average but at high price. May have to reconsider before visit again.
Vicinity look ok as on the day of visit weather is cool.

Good Singaporean Cantonese cuisine. Speciality are clamp noodles and fish head claypot

Nicholas Ang (05/09/2016 07:11)
rooms were quiet except for some crazy partying by neighbours at 2a.m. Was a great stay, we had an entire villa to ourselves, one room to ourselves, prawning wasn't bad too. It'll be better if they had more facilities. Would have been a great great stay if not for the fact that I fell sick halfway and went home feeling terrible. Probably the only farm stay in Singapore, is not really a legit farm stay but it has been a place I have been wanting to go for a long time. Went in 2013. Place is probably improved by now.

Great place for a romantic getaway. The fact that it is so remote means u need a transport to get around there.

tim l (21/06/2016 06:47)
Quite escape from the hustle & bustle of Singapore city life. Planned a group get together and had lunch followed by a quiet prawning session. Great place to get some peace & quiet!

Willie Wong Willie (12/06/2016 13:54)
I do like this place is b cause is quiet here.in singapore theres no place like here, peace anyway.service is ok.somemore can do prawning here
Evening can enjoy dinner, drinking beer an listen to music. Also can enjoy karaok or singing a song with all d singer.

MITS Music (10/11/2015 04:59)
Not much to do here. Food is over priced and they are pushy trying to make you buy things. We ordered 2 meals and they brought out some peanuts (which we never asked for) and some wash towels which you would expect to be free, but when looking at the bill they charged us for both of those things. They also charged us a $3 "service fee" just to bring the food to our table. The extra money didn't bother be it was the sneakiness which annoyed me. The food is mediocre and is about 2 - 3 times the average meal price here in Singapore, also the toilets had no toilet paper. Not worth your time coming here.
