Tho it's a old hotel. It's pretty alright. Room was clean. Has a bathtub. Breakfast wasn't really very good but it's sufficient to fill the tummy.

The reception staff are generally friendly and helpful. Rooms are fairly spacious and comfy if you don't sweat the details - some furnitures definitely are aged. The facilities are limited though and the pool is nothing to shout about.
Location wise is very good since you are a generally 5-10mins walk from KSL mall, some pretty decent massage places and good food - covers you from shopping, relaxation to getting your fill. A couple of money changes are nearby so changing money isn't an issue.
Considered a landmark as it has been there long enough, as a fairly recognisable white tall building so booking an uber or grab/ transport to and fro is usually of no issues.
If you're looking for leisure activities or attractions then it may not be the nearest or most convenient to most - ie. Legoland, nature trails and waterfalls etc.
Otherwise, would recommend it for a short weekend getaway to eat, shop and relax!

Helpful receptionist, large room generally clean, room and toilet design looks a little old but doesn't matter to me. Paid 60sgd on Expedia on a Good Friday. Got non smoking room, room has no smell but the corridor outside smells bad.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Amenities is good. Location not bad. Have to take a 10mins walk to malls.

Lots of things can be improved. Cleanliness, spring bed too soft, bed sheets torn, freezer noisy, light not working, sanitary hardwares need upgrade, same breakfast for consecutive days. But it has big rooms and good location in the city. Not bad for an old hotel

1st stay was good. Bad neighbor and long check out que. Which could have been cleared with proper work flow. Hope improvements will come soon

Management team so poor.The place is not safety.I dont know weather the hotel got security guard or not..! Because my car is missing there.there is no cctv in outside.the safety system is so poor...my car park infront hotel.Not far.when i dicuss about that..the hotel dont want to reaponsible.I'm so sad n regret.

The rooms were moderately clean, no visoble dust or any rubbish. It smelled good and the beds were comfortable. The service was extremely pleasing, however, the pillows were slightly uncomfortable

Staff friendly and free breakfast food okay. Swimming seen old not maintained and room 1120 toilet bowl flushing weak and slow need to flush few times. 1st day check in got unknown smell inside toilet and room. 2nd day okay smell disappeared. Walking short distance to ksl mall near. Bathtub my son favour can play water.

Terrible WiFi, room is dark, poor breakfast, managers are terrible. Once they lost my laundry and after a month had a meeting with one indian manager that accused me that I never gave them laundry and just want to get money from them (and I was there for business, for a big factory in JB)... On the other way room is quite big, some staff is friendly, like breakfast and location is ok

Stayed one night. about RM$10 from city square. Hotel old. But quite clean. Room (executive crown) large, clean. Bed is bad. Backache.
WiFi not working.
Near the hawker center and walkable to KSL mall. But local neighborhood mall. Nothing much to see.
Breakfast bad.
