Coaches are very friendly and encouraging. I was a complete potato when I 1st started, I feel less of a potato now :D
It's more like a family than a business. Run by very nice people. I am amazed by how genuine they are. I was out of the country for a few months but kept paying the membership fees, coaches emailed me and asked me not to pay for the months I'm not coming to the gym and extended my membership. Just WOW!

Trainer for intro class is really supportive
Friendly staffs and informative
I really thought it's the worst experience but all you need to do is push yourself, as trainers know you can do it.
Giving up is not on their list, but they can let you take a water break. 😂
