I am very impressed with the service and professionalism my family and I received from your staff, Zachary at Orchard Gateway. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. He and his colleagues even came to my place to do on-site measurements to check if the sofa I am buying would fit the lift! I find Zachary to be a very honest and sincere salesperson and his ability to understand our concerns and find the best sofa or solutions to address my concerns and likes. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Zachary and I would definitely come back for more shopping. Thank you Zachary and Crate & Barrel!

Nice shop with a big choice in kitchenware but also with a lot more than that.
I will surely visit again when I have more time since I was surprised to see so many interesting items for my house and thé quality seems to be quite nice. I want to study their collection more carefully.

Overall this is a great homeware shop with a massive selection of products. Originally from the us this branch also has a very big selection. I love coming here for kitchen supplies.

If I can, I will not even give a star to this ION Orchard store as my hubby & I are very very disappointed with the service rendered.
During the 25% pre-year end sale last month, we bought a Pennie sofa for our new house as we like the design very much so we went to ION Orchard to take a look. Before paying, we asked the staff, Leo Ong to check if there’re anymore stocks. He checked and said there were 2 left at the warehouse, so we bought one.
A week later, my hubby received 2 messages from him. Pls see below:
‘Hi Alvin,I’m Leo from Crate&Barrel ION.
For the pennie sofa,we over sold for you but we display piece maybe you wan come take a look the condition? We can give extra discount for you. Sorry about that’ and then he said: ‘The 25% discount is from the preview sales and I will fight for another 15% refund to u, so total 40%’.
Note: ONLY ONE WEEK LATER then your store realised that there’s no more Pennie sofa?! So what if Leo fights for us just to get another 15% discount?! Do you think we would want to buy a DISPLAY SET for our new house?! Or if you are in our shoes, would you want to put an old & dirty display sofa set in your new house?! This is ridiculous!! We would not even want if it’s given to us FREE!!! What kind of excuses he gave just by saying ‘oversold’?!?!
My hubby has to make another trip down the next day and ask for a refund. Guess what was the reply? We will get a refund in 4-8 weeks! My hubby said: ok! 4-8 weeks then!
This will be our first and last purchase with the store!

Went to C & B somerset branch last week and bought a wonderful rug from the store. I would like to leave a compliment for Mr Ryan for such a great patience and helpful sales person I ever met. He help us look all over the store for the rug called "baxter seafoam" which me and my wife couldn't found it at the rug section and he even open out the rug and lay on the floor for us to try and recommend us the right size. At last we decided to get the rug and he advised that it's better for us to get the delivery service since it's a very heavy rug but my wife is too excited for the lovely rug and we decided to carry the rug by our own but Ryan offered us to help carry the heavy rug to back street of the store with another staff called Jacky or Jack (hopefully i get his name correct). I really appreciate such a great service provided from such a beautiful store and friendly staffs and I would definitely come back to visit the store again.

Had a lovely experience at the shop with Maggie. We were setting up all of our kitchen basics and she took us through step-by-step, guiding us through what we needed and what we could live without. Incredibly friendly and helpful, Maggie and staff at Crate & Barrel were fun to work with on this part of home setup project!

Nightmare of a service with this company. Several companies provide great furniture so they are no exception but their service standards are just ridiculous. They delivered a cabinet which was dented and we asked for replacement which they agreed to but one week later they havent called to reschedule the delivery as promised. In fact I had to chase them and now they tell me they can only deliver during the day on weekends or a 4 hour slot on Saturday. Who can possibly keep their entire weekend day time free to receive one delivery? And this is after the error was completely theirs. Simply awful!

These guys are terrible! I've ordered book shelves from them in late Dec and it's mid Feb now. I've had to chase them repeatedly to get updates on the delivery and they've since failed twice to get back toe despite their promises. Unless you're willing to wait, don't bother.

Even though they belong to the same group as Bo Concept, the service level I received from both sides are the exact opposite. Crate&Barrel sales staff promised heaven and earth to close sales but I when I complained about the bed frame that was delivered dirty with black finger prints all over, they replied me that they held the item for me for very long as if that is an excuse for the dirty item delivered. Promises by Megan the floor manager at Ion outlet to confirm with me on the date of redelivery for a new piece went undelivered like the bed I purchased, and I have to chase with calls after calls which all promised to log in a follow up email to the person in charge. Seriously disappointed with the service and professionalism by Crate&Barrel.
