One of the worst warranty support I have dealt with. Not only do I have to deal with coming to this remote location, I still need to wait a couple weeks for them to get a replacement. Maybe they don't have stocks, not a problem. Why do I have to come back to collect this? Why not just send it to the shop (in this case, Challenger)? Even the manufacturer was willing to mail me the item. Disappointing.

Staff likes talking among themselves and totally ignore customers. Sat there and had drinks for about 5 mins before they stopped talking and noticed a customer there. Their own conversation more important than customers. Win liao.

Good customer service but garmin warranty is horrible here. No ready stock for 1:1 exchange and needs to ship overseas for repair. Also have to self collect when repair is completed, no shipping option. Location is hard to access as well if not driving.

Very few parking lots. Service centre do not accept any form of payment except cash. Need to walk 15mins under the hot sun to get to the nearest ATM. After returning back to the service centre with the cash, staff totally ignored me and went ahead serving other customers until I approached him again.

Nice place to buy all memory card stuff bought a RAM for MBP12.....All other gadgets from smartwatches to mobiles are available at the same place...friendly staff...good discounts.

Very nice customer service. Great people. Just the prices are atrocious, but it's not the staff's fault. A pity they are so ludicrous expensive or I would love to buy from them. Thanks for the great experience.

Went to get my Garmin Vivoactive HR fixed. It's closing time but I was attended to promptly.
Came down to the new USB cable that came with the watch that was faulty. It can charge the device but it can't sync the data to the Garmin Express software. This is the part that is unacceptable. I received a new cable lost valuable time on the troubleshooting and replacement.
Parking is not available at the building and u have to park outside using the public lots (usually occupied) or some carparks in other buildings. Could do more to provide information on their website to advise drivers where to leave their car.

Two stars because they actually answered the phone and called me back (eventually).
Only two stars because they seem to have no idea about the GARMIN products they are now the distributor for. As I said they did call me back (24hrs later) and still could not answer my questions, which were very simple... How much does the product cost and will it sync with a normal chest heart rate strap. They then tried to transfer me and when I did get though to someone else they also did not know! Seriously... I just wanted the retail prices!!! The main reason for my review is maybe I'll finally get the retail price for the Forerunner 35, 230 and 235!!! Any answer??

Don't like it.
(1) Graphic card died just 1 year. 2 more years of warranty, so I went to them to RMA. Technician look at you like its your fault card broken. Blamed it on corrosion and water-cooling (which I just installed 1 day before - CM Nepton 120XL), which can't be true as 1 day of use from a top-of-the-line Liquid Cooler would not have been the cause. I blame it on poor quality of Palit cards. Anyway, technician is grumpy, unfriendly and finds fault with you rather than to help you claim warranty.
(2) Refused to accept refund or let me trade-in & top-up for a better card as my GTX 970 is a falsely-advertised 4GB card (only 3.5GB + slow 0.5GB). Nvidia support already said we could approach retailer for trade-in but Convergent refused.
Won't be buying from them in future.
